Claims (12)
- 紫外線照射を放出する装置において、
バクテリア及びウイルスを殺すために265-280nmの殺菌波長範囲内の紫外光を射出する少なくとも1個の紫外光射出源、
紫外光の透過を阻止することはなく且つ紫外光の存在下においての劣化が無視可能である少なくとも1個の紫外光透過性ポリマーから形成されているレンズ、
を有しており、
該紫外光射出源と該紫外光透過性ポリマーとがそれらの間に空間的分離が無く直接接触しているように該少なくとも1個の紫外光射出源が環境因子から保護されるように該紫外光透過性ポリマーによって完全に取り囲まれているように該紫外光透過性ポリマーの内部で且つその外面の下に埋め込まれており、且つ
該紫外光射出源によって射出された紫外光が該紫外光透過性ポリマーを介して全方向パターンで伝播し、且つ、更に、空中浮遊、液体、凍結、及び固体、及びそれらの組み合わせの内の一つ又はそれ以上の物質を有する環境内又は環境上で殺菌力を発生させるように該紫外光透過性ポリマーの該外面から放出するものであって、該全方向パターンは該紫外光透過性ポリマー全体を介して同時的に全ての方向に分布されている、
装置。 - 該紫外光透過性ポリマーがUV-C光の波長を透過させる請求項1記載の装置。
- 更に、少なくとも1個の可視光を射出する可視光射出源を有している請求項1記載の装置。
- 該可視光射出源及び紫外光射出源の内の少なくとも1個がプロセッサへ動作接続されており、該プロセッサが該射出源の動作を制御する請求項3記載の装置。
- 更に、可視光射出源を有している請求項1記載の装置。
- 該紫外光透過性ポリマーの該外面から放出する光が、同時的に全ての方向に放出するように全方向性パターンで放出する請求項1記載の装置。
- 該紫外光射出源とレンズとが別々の部品として分割可能ではない請求項1記載の装置。
- 更に、該少なくとも1個の紫外光射出源から射出する紫外光が所定の方向にフォーカスされるか又は反射されるようにシールドを有している請求項1記載の装置。
- 該紫外光射出源が外部環境要因から保護されており且つそれによって影響されない請求項1記載の装置。
- 更に、ユーザーインターフェースを有している請求項1記載の装置。
- 更に、通信モジュールを有している請求項1記載の装置。
- 本装置が存在する環境を18フィート以上までの距離にわたり消毒殺菌させることが可能な請求項1記載の装置。
