Abstract
一种按键,包括一由透明材料制成的键帽,所述键帽的下表面设至少一导光块,所述导光块的一侧设有一紫外光发生元件,所述紫外光发生元件发出的紫外光进入所述导光块,并经过所述导光块反射至所述键帽的上表面。本发明按键可通过设于所述键帽的下表面的紫外光发生元件发出紫外光并通过所述导光块将所述紫外光传输至所述键帽的上表面以对所述键帽的上表面进行杀菌。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种按键。
背景技术
在公共场所经常会出现一些按键,如电梯按键、游戏机按键、门铃按键等,这些按键频繁与人的手指接触,其上表面容易滋生各种有害的细菌,可能对使用人员的健康造成危害。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种具有杀菌功能的按键。
一种按键,包括一由透明材料制成的键帽,所述键帽的下表面设至少一导光块,所述导光块的一侧设有一紫外光发生元件,所述紫外光发生元件发出的紫外光进入所述导光块,并经过所述导光块反射至所述键帽的上表面。
本发明按键通过设于所述键帽的下表面的紫外光发生元件发出紫外光并通过所述导光块将所述紫外光传输至所述键帽的上表面以对所述键帽的上表面进行杀菌。

具体实施方式
请参照图1至图3,本发明按键的较佳实施方式包括一方形的键帽10,所述键帽10的下表面13开设有一方形的凹槽132,所述凹槽132的底面134上设有四个导光块11、四个圆柱状的紫外光LED12及一压杆14。所述键帽10由透明的材料制成,如压克力。
所述紫外光LED12通过黏胶对称垂直固定于所述凹槽134的四个角上。所述紫外光LED12可由一外部供电电路(未示出)进行供电。在其他实施方式中,所述紫外光LED12也可以是其他的紫外光发生元件。
每一导光块11为一大致呈楔形的六面体结构,由透明材料制成,如压克力,与所述键帽10一体成型。所述导光块11的底面115贴靠于所述凹槽132的底面134,所述导光块11的顶面112与其底面115形成一倾斜角α,与所述倾斜角α相对的侧面111垂直于所述凹槽132的底面134,所述导光块11的另外三个侧面(未标号)也垂直于所述凹槽132的底面134。所述顶面112与所述侧面111的交线113平行于所述侧面111与所述底面115的交线114。所述四个导光块11分别设于每两个相邻的紫外光LED12之间,每一导光块11的侧面111对应靠近一个紫外光LED12。所述侧面111作为所述导光块11的入光侧面,且其高度高于与其相对的侧面。所述导光块11的具体表面处理属现有技术,此处不作具体阐述。
所述压杆14设于所述凹槽13的中央,用于启闭一与所述键帽10的下表面13紧邻的电子开关(未示出)以对一电子设备(未示出)发出一控制指令。
使用时,所述紫外光LED12接通所述外部供电电路后发出紫外光,其中一部分紫外光从所述导光块11的侧面111进入所述导光块11,然后经所述导光块11的顶面112反射后传输至所述键帽10的上表面15,从而对所述键帽10的上表面15进行杀菌,其中另一部分紫外光直接穿过所述凹槽13的底面132传输至所述键帽10的上表面15以对所述键帽10的上表面15进行杀菌。通过所述导光块11对所述紫外光进行传输,可增强所述紫外光对所述键帽10的上表面15的照射强度。
当使用者按压所述键帽10的上表面15时,所述压杆14被迫向下抵压所述电子开关,从而开启或关闭一电子设备的开关。
需要说明的是,图3中的相互平行的箭头只是示意紫外光的传输路径,并不特别限定紫外光的具体传输角度如垂直于所述侧面111进入导光块等。
在其他较佳实施方式中,所述导光块11及紫外光LED12的数量、形状及其具体排布方式可根据需要进行调整。所述键帽10的下表面13也可以不设凹槽132,所述导光块11、紫外光LED12及压杆14直接设于所述键帽10的下表面13。只要满足所述紫外光LED12发出的紫外光能经过所述导光块11传输至所述键帽10的上表面15即可。
本发明按键通过设于所述键帽10的下表面13的紫外光LED12发出紫外光并通过所述导光块11将所述紫外光传输至所述键帽10的上表面15以对所述键帽10的上表面15进行杀菌。
Claims (10)
1.一种按键,包括一由透明材料制成的键帽,所述键帽的下表面设至少一导光块,所述导光块的一侧设有一紫外光发生元件,所述紫外光发生元件发出的紫外光进入所述导光块,并经过所述导光块反射至所述键帽的上表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的按键,其特征在于:所述紫外光发生元件为紫外光LED。
3.如权利要求1所述的按键,其特征在于:所述导光块大致呈楔形,其包括一顶面及一底面及四个与底面垂直的侧面,所述底面贴靠于所述键帽的下表面,与所述紫外光发生元件临近的侧面为入光侧面,所述紫外光发生元件发出的紫外光从入光侧面进入导光块,所述入光侧面的高度高于与其相对的侧面。
4.如权利要求3所述的按键,其特征在于:所述入光侧面垂直于所述键帽的下表面,且所述顶面与所述入光侧面的交线平行于所述入光侧面与所述底面的交线。
5.如权利要求4所述的按键,其特征在于:所述键帽的下表面的中部设有一压杆,所述压杆用于启闭一电子开关。
6.如权利要求1所述的按键,其特征在于:所述键帽的下表面设有一凹槽,所述导光块及紫外光发光元件设于所述凹槽的底面。
7.如权利要求6所述的按键,其特征在于:所述导光块大致呈楔形,其包括一顶面及一底面及四个与底面垂直的侧面,所述底面贴靠于所述凹槽的底面,与所述紫外光发生元件临近的侧面为入光侧面,所述紫外光发生元件发出的紫外光从入光侧面进入导光块,所述入光侧面的高度高于与其相对的侧面。
8.如权利要求7所述的按键,其特征在于:所述入光侧面垂直于所述凹槽的底面,且所述顶面与所述入光侧面的交线平行于所述入光侧面与所述底面的交线。
9.如权利要求8所述的按键,其特征在于:所述凹槽的底面中央设有一压杆,所述压杆用于启闭一电子开关。
10.如权利要求1或8所述的按键,其特征在于:所述键帽大致呈方形,所述导光块的数量为四个,所述紫外光发生元件的数量也为四个,所述导光块分别设置于所述键帽的下表面的四个侧边附近,所述紫外光发生元件分别设置于所述键帽的下表面的四个角附近。
