Description
前記工具の前記内部パイプの上流に(upstream)接続されるように意図されるニューマティックシステムと、
ソレノイドバルブを介して前記ニューマティックシステムに接続される圧力源と、
制御ユニットであって、前記ニューマティックシステムを加圧するために前記ソレノイドバルブを開け、
次に、前記内部パイプを介して自由に前記ニューマティックシステムを空にさせるために、前記ソレノイドバルブを閉めるように構成され、
前記ソレノイドバルブを閉じた後の前記ニューマティックシステムにおける圧力の変化を経時的に解析することに応じて、前記内部パイプの閉塞状態を検知するように構成される制御ユニットと
を備えることを特徴としている。
Claims (7)
- 工具(12)の少なくとも1つの内部流体パイプ(11)の完全な閉塞および部分的な閉塞を検知するシステム(10)であって、
前記工具(12)の前記内部流体パイプ(11)の上流に接続されるニューマティックシステム(13)と、
ソレノイドバルブ(17)を介して前記ニューマティックシステム(13)に接続される圧力源(16)と、
前記ニューマティックシステム(13)の圧力を受ける圧力スイッチ(20)と、
前記圧力スイッチ(20)からデータを受信する制御ユニット(22)であって、
最初に、前記ソレノイドバルブ(17)を開けて、前記ニューマティックシステム(13)を前記圧力源(16)に接続することによって、加圧して、前記ニューマティックシステム(13)の圧力を前記圧力源(16)の圧力(PS)にほぼ等しく設定する第1処理と、
次に、前記ソレノイドバルブ(17)を閉めて、前記ニューマティックシステム(13)を前記圧力源(16)から切り離す第2処理であって、切り離し後、前記ニューマティックシステム(13)は前記内部流体パイプ(11)を介して空になっていく第2処理と、
次に、前記ソレノイドバルブ(17)を閉じた後の前記ニューマティックシステム(13)における圧力の変化を、前記圧力スイッチ(20)を用いて経時的に解析することによって、前記内部流体パイプ(11)の閉塞状態を検知する第3処理と
を実施するように構成された制御ユニット(22)と
を備える、
システム(10)。 - 前記圧力の変化を経時的に解析することが、前記ソレノイドバルブ(17)を閉じた後に前記ニューマティックシステム(13)が周囲圧力(Pa)に戻るのに要する時間(T1~T3)を測定することを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記圧力の変化を経時的に解析することが、前記ソレノイドバルブ(17)を閉じた時の圧力と、前記ソレノイドバルブ(17)を閉じた時から始まる期間(T秒)の終りでの圧力との圧力差(ΔP1~ΔP3)を測定することを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記圧力の変化を経時的に解析することが、前記ソレノイドバルブ(17)閉鎖後に前記ニューマティックシステム(13)が一定の目標圧力(Pc)に到達するのに要する時間(T1’~T3’)を測定することを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記一定の目標圧力(Pc)が、周囲圧力(Pa)より高く、前記圧力源(16)の圧力(Ps)より低い、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記圧力の変化を経時的に解析することが、前記ニューマティックシステム(13)の圧力変化曲線(C1~C3)のドリフト傾き(ΔP/dt(C1)~ΔP/dt(C3))を、前記ソレノイドバルブ(17)閉鎖後の時間の関数として決定することを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 管理が必要な内部流体パイプ(11)を有する前記工具(12)を自動的に識別する電子チップリーダ(29)をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
