Claims (11)
1. Система (10) обнаружения полного или частичного закупоривания по меньшей мере одного внутреннего канала (11) текучей среды инструмента (12), отличающаяся тем, что содержит:
пневматический контур (13), предназначенный для подсоединения на входе внутреннего канала (11) упомянутого инструмента (12),
источник (16) давления, связанный с пневматическим контуром (13) через электроклапан (17), и
блок (22) управления, выполненный с возможностью открывания электроклапана (17) для создания давления в пневматическом контуре (13), с возможностью закрывания электроклапана (17) для свободного опорожнения пневматического контура (13) через внутренний канал (11), и
с возможностью обнаружения состояния закупоривания внутреннего канала (11) в зависимости от анализа изменения давления во времени в пневматическом контуре (13) после закрывания электроклапана (17).
2. Система по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что анализ изменения давления во времени состоит в измерении периода (Т1-Т3), необходимого для достижения пневматическим контуром (13) давления окружающей среды после закрывания электроклапана (17).
3. Система по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что анализ изменения давления во времени состоит в измерении разности давления (ΔР1- ΔР3) между давлением в момент закрывания электроклапана (17) и давлением по истечении периода (Tsec), начинающегося с момента закрывания электроклапана (17).
4. Система по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что анализ изменения давления во времени состоит в измерении периода (Т1'-Т3'), необходимого для достижения пневматическим контуром (13) фиксированного целевого давления (Рс) после закрывания электроклапана (17).
5. Система по п. 4, отличающаяся тем, что фиксированное целевое давление (Рс) превышает давление (Ра) окружающей среды и ниже давления (Ps) источника (16) давления.
6. Система по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что анализ изменения давления во времени состоит в определении наклона производной (ΔР/dt(С1)- ΔР/dt(С3)) кривой (С1-С3) изменения давления в пневматическом контуре (13) в зависимости от времени после закрывания электроклапана (17).
7. Система по любому из пп. 1-6, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительно содержит устройство (29) считывания электронной микросхемы для автоматической идентификации инструмента (12), внутренний канал (11) которого подлежит контролю.
