Abstract
【解決手段】システム10は、工具12の内部パイプ11の上流に接続されるように意図されるニューマティックシステム13と、ソレノイドバルブ17を介して前記ニューマティックシステム13に接続される圧力源16と、制御ユニット22であって、ニューマティックシステム13を加圧するために前記ソレノイドバルブ17を開け、次に、内部パイプ11を介して自由に前記ニューマティックシステム13を空にさせるために、ソレノイドバルブ17を閉めるように構成され、ニューマティックシステム13における圧力の変化を経時的に解析することに応じて、前記内部パイプ11の閉塞状態を検知するように構成される制御ユニット22とを備えることを特徴とする。

Description
前記工具の前記内部パイプの上流に(upstream)接続されるように意図される空気圧システムと、
ソレノイドバルブを介して前記空気圧システムに接続される圧力源と、
制御ユニットであって、前記ニューマティックシステムを加圧するために前記ソレノイドバルブを開け、
次に、前記内部パイプを介して自由に前記ニューマティックシステムを空にさせるために、前記ソレノイドバルブを閉めるように構成され、
前記ソレノイドバルブを閉じた後の前記ニューマティックシステムにおける圧力の変化を経時的に解析することに応じて、前記内部パイプの閉塞状態を検知するように構成される制御ユニットと
を備えることを特徴としている。

Claims (7)
- 工具(12)の少なくとも1つの内部流体パイプ(11)の完全または部分的な閉塞を検知するシステム(10)であって、
前記工具(12)の前記内部パイプ(11)の上流に接続されるように意図されるニューマティックシステム(13)と、
ソレノイドバルブ(17)を介して前記ニューマティックシステム(13)に接続される圧力源(16)と、
制御ユニット(22)であって、前記ニューマティックシステム(13)を加圧するために前記ソレノイドバルブ(17)を開け、
次に、前記内部パイプ(11)を介して自由に前記ニューマティックシステム(13)を空にさせるために前記ソレノイドバルブ(17)を閉めるように構成され、
前記ソレノイドバルブ(17)を閉じた後の前記ニューマティックシステム(13)における圧力の変化を経時的に解析することに基づいて、前記内部パイプ(11)の閉塞状態を検知するように構成された制御ユニット(22)と
を備えることを特徴とする、システム(10)。 - 前記圧力の前記変化を前記経時的に解析することが、前記ソレノイドバルブ(17)を閉じた後に前記ニューマティックシステム(13)が周囲圧力(Pa)に戻るのに要する時間(T1~T3)を測定することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記圧力の前記変化を前記経時的に解析することが、前記ソレノイドバルブ(17)を閉じた時の圧力と、前記ソレノイドバルブ(17)を閉じた時から始まる期間(T秒)の終りでの圧力との圧力差(ΔP1~ΔP3)を測定することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記圧力の前記変化を前記経時的に解析することが、前記ソレノイドバルブ(17)閉鎖後に前記ニューマティックシステム(13)が一定の目標圧力(Pc)に到達するのに要する継続時間(T1’~T3’)を測定することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記一定の目標圧力(Pc)が、前記周囲圧力(Pa)より高く、前記圧力源(16)の圧力(Ps)より低いことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記圧力の前記変化を前記経時的に解析することが、前記ニューマティックシステム(13)の圧力変化曲線(C1~C3)のドリフト傾き(ΔP/dt(C1)~ΔP/dt(C3))を、前記ソレノイドバルブ(17)閉鎖後の時間の関数として決定することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 管理が必要な内部パイプ(11)を有する前記工具(12)を自動的に識別する電子チップリーダ(29)をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
