Description
本願は、共振器付きハイブリッド回路を有するマルチプレクサとの名称の、2015年6月29日出願の米国仮出願第62/186,348号の優先権を主張する。その開示は全体が、ここに参照により明示的に組み入れられる。
Claims (18)
- 無線周波数回路であって、
複数の入力ノードと、
共通ノードと、
前記複数の入力ノードのそれぞれと前記共通ノードとの間に実装された信号経路と
を含み、
各対応信号経路は、第1Qファクタ値を有するフィルタと、前記第1Qファクタ値よりも高い第2Qファクタ値を有して前記対応信号経路において前記フィルタに直列に接続される共振器とを含み、
前記共通ノードは出力ノードに対応する、無線周波数回路。 - 複数の対応信号経路は、前記共通ノードを通るそれぞれの信号のキャリアアグリゲーションをアイソレーション性能及び挿入損失性能の点でサポートするべく構成される、請求項1の無線周波数回路。
- 前記無線周波数回路は、マルチプレクサとして構成される、請求項1の無線周波数回路。
- 前記マルチプレクサは、ダイプレクサ、トライプレクサ又はクアッドプレクサとして構成される、請求項3の無線周波数回路。
- 前記複数の信号経路はそれぞれが対応共振器を含む、請求項1の無線周波数回路。
- 少なくとも一つの信号経路が共振器を含まない、請求項1の無線周波数回路。
- 前記共振器は、前記複数の入力ノードと前記フィルタとの間に実装される、請求項1の無線周波数回路。
- 前記共振器は、前記フィルタと前記共通ノードとの間に実装される、請求項1の無線周波数回路。
- 各フィルタが、弾性波共振器を含まない非弾性フィルタである、請求項1の無線周波数回路。
- 各共振器が弾性波共振器である、請求項9の無線周波数回路。
- 前記弾性波共振器は、弾性表面波(SAW)共振器又はバルク弾性波(BAW)共振器である、請求項10の無線周波数回路。
- 無線周波数信号を処理する方法であって、
複数の入力ノードのそれぞれと共通ノードとの間の経路を通して信号を与えることと、
それぞれの経路における各信号に対し、前記信号を前記経路に沿ってフィルタを通るように通過させることと、前記信号を前記経路に沿って前記フィルタに直列に接続される共振器を通るように通過させることと、
を含み、
前記フィルタは第1Qファクタ値を有し、
前記共振器は、前記第1Qファクタ値よりも高い第2Qファクタ値を有し、
前記共通ノードは出力ノードに対応する、方法。 - 前記信号を、前記フィルタを通るように通過させることは、前記信号を、それぞれの共振器を通るように通過させる前に行われる、請求項12の方法。
- 前記信号を、前記フィルタを通るように通過させることは、前記信号を、それぞれの共振器を通るように通過させた後に行われる、請求項12の方法。
- パッケージ状モジュールであって、
複数のコンポーネントを受容するべく構成されたパッケージング基板と、
前記パッケージング基板上に実装された無線周波数回路と
を含み、
前記無線周波数回路は、複数の入力ノードと、共通ノードと、前記複数の入力ノードのそれぞれと前記共通ノードとの間に実装された信号経路とを含み、
各対応信号経路は、第1Qファクタ値を有するフィルタと、前記第1Qファクタ値よりも高い第2Qファクタ値を有して前記対応信号経路において前記フィルタに直列に接続される共振器とを含み、
前記共通ノードは出力ノードに対応する、パッケージ状モジュール。 - 前記無線周波数回路が、受信した信号のキャリアアグリゲーションをアイソレーション性能及び挿入損失性能の点でサポートするように、前記無線周波数回路に結合された一つ以上の低雑音増幅器をさらに含む、請求項15のパッケージ状モジュール。
- 前記一つ以上の低雑音増幅器は、前記無線周波数回路の前記共通ノードに結合された入力部を有する広帯域低雑音増幅器を含む、請求項16のパッケージ状モジュール。
- 前記一つ以上の低雑音増幅器は、各信号経路に沿って実装された狭帯域低雑音増幅器を含む、請求項16のパッケージ状モジュール。
