Claims (7)
- 電子・電気機器部品屑に含まれる有価物を含む板状物を、気流を用いて内部に拡散させる拡散室と、前記拡散室内に前記気流を生じさせる送風機と、前記電子・電気機器部品屑に振動を与えながら前記拡散室内へと供給する供給部と、前記供給部の終端から前記拡散室へと突出する複数の突部を備え、前記突部の間の空間の幅が前記供給部の終端側から供給方向に向かって均一となるように形成された櫛形形状を有し、前記気流を前記板状物の下面から前記板状物の下面に対して垂直方向に均等に接触させるように配置されたガイド部とを備える風力選別装置を用いて前記板状物を風力選別し、前記板状物を除去した後の選別物を磁力選別することを特徴とする電子・電気機器部品屑の処理方法。
- 前記板状物が、リード線付き基板、リード線なし基板、ICのいずれかを少なくとも含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子・電気機器部品屑の処理方法。
- 最大直径100mm以下の前記板状物を除去することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電子・電気機器部品屑の処理方法。
- 前記風力選別により、前記選別物中の前記板状物を10質量%以下に低減することを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の電子・電気機器部品屑の処理方法。
- 前記風力選別の風速を15m/以上とすることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の電子・電気機器部品屑の処理方法。
- 前記風力選別される前の前記電子・電気機器部品屑を、せん断式破砕機又はハンマー式破砕機を用いて破砕処理することを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の電子・電気機器部品屑の処理方法。
- 前記磁力選別の後に渦電流選別を行うことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の電子・電気機器部品屑の処理方法。
