Description
本発明の実施の形態に係る選別機は、図1に示すように、形状の異なる複数の物質を含む原料100を原料投入口11から受け口12へと搬送する搬送面13を備えた搬送手段1と、原料100の少なくとも一部を受け口12側へと通過させるように搬送面13上に一定間隔dを空けて配置された円筒状のロール部21を備えたゲート手段2とを備える。
図1~図4に示す選別機は、種々の部品屑を含む電子・電気機器部品屑の選別処理に特に好適に用いられる。ここで、本実施形態における「電子・電気機器部品屑」とは、廃家電製品・PCや携帯電話等の電子・電気機器を破砕した屑であり、回収された後、適当な大きさに破砕されたものを指す。本実施形態では、電子・電気機器部品屑とするための破砕は、処理者自身が行ってもよいが、市中で破砕されたものを購入等したものでもよい。

Claims (6)
- 形状の異なる物質を含む原料を原料投入口から受け口へと搬送する搬送面を備えた搬送手段と、
前記原料の少なくとも一部を前記受け口側へと通過させるように前記搬送面上に一定間隔を空けて配置され、回転機能を有する円筒状のロール部を備えたゲート手段と、
前記ロール部手前の前記搬送面の幅方向の一部又は全面に配置され、前記原料の飛び跳ねをおさえるよう前記原料を搬送面上へ押さえる押え部材であって、前記搬送面に沿う柔らかさを有するシート状の押え部材と
を備え、
前記搬送面の両端にガイドを有し、前記ガイドに前記ロール部で捕捉された前記原料を前記搬送面の外へ搬出するための切り欠き部が設けられていることを特徴とする選別機。 - 前記搬送面が水平面に対して30~75°傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の選別機。
- 前記ロール部の中心軸が前記搬送面の搬送方向に対して傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の選別機。
- 前記ロール部の表面が弾性部材で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の選別機。
- 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の選別機を用いて電子・電気機器部品屑を選別処理することを特徴とする電子・電気機器部品屑の処理方法。
- 前記電子・電気機器部品屑が、渦電流選別によって反発物側に選別された基板、コンデンサ、金属屑を含む部品屑であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電子・電気機器部品屑の処理方法。
