Claims (8)
- 内燃機関を有する車両用の流体ポンピングシステムとして、
前記流体ポンピングシステムは、
ハウジング(3)と、
電気モーター(20)と、
前記内燃機関によって駆動される第1部材、前記電気モーター(20)によって駆動される第2部材、及び第3部材を有する遊星ギアセット(7)と、
前記遊星ギアセットの第3部材によって駆動されるポンプ(14)と、を含み、
前記ハウジング(3)はポンプフランジ(4)及びプーリーカバー(6)を有するプーリー(5)によって密閉されて、
少なくとも前記プーリー(5)、及び/または前記プーリー(5)の内部に配置されるリングギア(10)は、プラスチックで形成されており、
前記プーリー(5)は、内燃機関を介したベルト駆動のための摩擦面を提供する外周(5a)と、前記遊星ギアセット(7)に対する装着空間(5c)を形成する内側の小さな円周(5b)と、前記ハウジング(3)の軸方向延長領域(3a)と共にベアリング(16)用の前記装着空間(5c)を形成する接触面(5e)を形成するさらに小さな円周(5d)とを有することを特徴とする流体ポンピングシステム。 - 前記プーリー(5)は板金で形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体ポンピングシステム。
- 前記リングギア(10)はプラスチックで形成されており、前記プーリー(5)に圧入される、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の流体ポンピングシステム。
- 前記リングギア(10)は少なくとも1つの窪み部(13)及び/または突出部(15)を通じて位置的に安定な方式で前記プーリーカバー(6)に連結される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体ポンピングシステム。
- 前記プーリー(5)と前記リングギア(10)はプラスチックで一体に形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体ポンピングシステム。
- 前記ポンプ(14)は放射状シャフト密封部(19)によって前記電気モーターから密封される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体ポンピングシステム。
- 前記ポンプ(14)のインペラ(impeller)は複列ボールベアリング(18)により支持される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体ポンピングシステム。
- シャフト(2)は単一ベアリングポイント(23)により支持される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体ポンピングシステム。
