具体实施方式
图1示出由泵壳体3构成的流体泵系统1的示意性构造,所述泵壳体由泵法兰4封闭。流体泵系统1具有三个主要组成部分。在沿着轴2的右侧上设置有流体泵系统的泵14。电机20,即BLDC马达(无刷直流马达)位于中间。
该BLDC马达具有定子21和转子22,所述转子构成为空心轴。泵法兰4的密封壁4a在定子内部伸展,所述密封壁密封电机20以防潮。
在轴2的端部区域2a中的右侧上安置有皮带盘5。
皮带盘5在此配置为,使得其包含呈行星传动装置7形式的减速变速器。皮带盘5是由金属板件弯曲而成的构件。所述皮带盘具有外环周5a,所述外环周用作为经由内燃机进行的皮带驱动的摩擦面。此外,皮带盘5具有向内减小的环周5b,其中构成结构空间5c,所述结构空间容纳行星传动装置7。随着环周进一步减小到环周5d,皮带盘构成用于轴承16的贴靠面5e。
在该实施方式中,皮带盘具有光滑的外环周5a,但是也可以考虑具有用于结构化的驱动皮带的结构化表面的设计方案。
用于行星传动装置7的内齿轮10被压入皮带盘5的结构空间5c内。
内齿轮10在此由压入到皮带盘中的塑料材料构成。行星传动装置盖6用于覆盖行星传动装置7,所述行星传动装置盖又由金属板制造。行星传动装置盖在此具有一个或多个凹部13,所述凹部与塑料内齿轮10的一个或多个隆起部15接合。
当流体泵通过皮带盘5由内燃机驱动时,皮带盘5与压入的内齿轮10和行星传动装置盖6一起旋转。
行星传动装置7此外由行星齿轮架9以及太阳轮8构成,行星齿轮11可旋转地支承在所述行星齿轮架上。太阳轮8在此抗扭地与轴2连接。
皮带盘此外与泵壳体3的轴向伸展的区域3a共同形成用于轴承16的容纳空间17,其中所述轴承在此是双滚珠轴承。
皮带盘的这种借助于双排的滚珠轴承在壳体上的支承确保经由壳体结构传导力而不是经由流体泵系统1的功能性驱动器传导力,即经由行星齿轮架9和轴2以及经由泵的支承装置。
由此,实现水泵的机械密封件的减负,因为改进了同心度从而能够使用径向轴密封环19代替传统的机械端面密封件。
与迄今为止所使用的由滚珠轴承与滚针轴承构成的轴承复合件相比,使用双排的滚珠轴承18进行流体泵的工作轮支承引起:节省轴向的结构空间。
轴2的支承经由唯一的支承部位23实现。
在一个替选的实施方式中,皮带盘5并非由金属板制造,而是与内齿轮10一起由塑料注塑成型。
流体泵系统能够借助于耦联的机械的和电的驱动器来运行。机械的驱动器经由皮带驱动器和皮带盘5实现,电的驱动器经由BLDC马达实现。驱动功能与叠加式变速器、行星传动装置7耦合,所述行星传动装置直接将皮带驱动器和电驱动器耦合。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于具有内燃机的车辆的流体泵系统,其中所述流体泵系统具有:壳体(3);电机(20);行星传动装置(7),所述行星传动装置具有能够由所述内燃机驱动的第一部分,由电机(20)驱动的第二部分,和第三部分;以及由行星齿轮组的第三元件驱动的泵(14),其中所述壳体(3)由泵法兰(4)和具有皮带盘盖(6)的皮带盘(5)封闭,其特征在于,至少所述皮带盘(5)和/或设置在所述皮带盘(5)中的内齿轮(10)由塑料构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的流体泵系统,其特征在于,所述皮带盘(5)由金属板制造。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的流体泵系统,其特征在于,所述内齿轮(10)由塑料制造并且能够压入所述皮带盘(5)中。
4.根据上述权利要求中的任一项所述的流体泵系统,其特征在于,所述内齿轮(10)经由至少一个凹部(13)和/或隆起部(15)位置固定地与所述皮带盘盖(6)连接。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的流体泵系统,其特征在于,所述皮带盘(5)和所述内齿轮(10)一件式地由塑料制造。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的流体泵系统,其特征在于,所述皮带盘(5)构成用于行星传动装置(7)的容纳空间(5c)。
7.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的流体泵系统,其特征在于,所述皮带盘(5)形成贴靠面(5e),所述贴靠面与所述壳体(3)的轴向延伸的区域(3a)共同形成具有用于轴承(16)的容纳部。
8.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的流体泵系统,其特征在于,所述泵(14)相对于所述电机的密封经由径向轴密封环(19)进行。
9.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的流体泵系统,其特征在于,所述泵(14)的工作轮的支承经由双排的滚珠轴承(18)进行。
10.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的流体泵系统,其特征在于,所述轴(2)的支承经由唯一的支承部位(23)进行。
