次に、本発明に係る調節眼内レンズ(以下、本レンズ1という)の第1の実施形態について図1~図5を参照しつつ説明する。なお、各図面の上方を人の眼の前方とし、各図面の下方を人の眼の後方として説明する。
次に、本レンズ1の第2の実施形態について図6を参照しつつ説明する。なお、以下では上記の実施形態と異なる構成についてのみ説明することとし、同一の構成については説明を省略して同一の符号を付すこととする。
次に、本レンズ1の第3の実施形態について図7を参照しつつ説明する。
次に、本レンズ1の第4の実施形態について図8を参照しつつ説明する。
次に、本レンズ1の第5の実施形態について図9を参照しつつ説明する。
次に、本レンズ1の第6の実施形態について図10を参照しつつ説明する。

Claims (8)
- 眼科手術において前嚢切開された水晶体嚢内に設置される調節眼内レンズであって、
光学部と、該光学部の周囲に配置され、該光学部を支持する一ないし複数の支持部とを備え、
前記支持部は、前嚢の内面に接する態様で設けられる前方支持部と、後嚢の内面に接する態様で設けられる後方支持部とからなり、前記支持部が有する弾性力により前記前方支持部が前嚢を押圧するとともに、前記後方支持部が後嚢を押圧するものとなされ、
前記前方支持部は、前記後方支持部に接続されている基端部から径方向内側前方に向けて延びたあと、径方向内側後方に向けて延びて、先端部が前記光学部の周縁部に接続され、
水晶体嚢が遠方視の状態の場合、前嚢による前記前方支持部に対する押圧力が増大すると、前記前方支持部が基端部の径方向の位置を維持しながら後方に撓むことによって、前記前方支持部の先端部が径方向の位置を維持しながら水晶体嚢赤道部の中心位置より後方に移動し、それに伴って前記光学部が後方に移動する一方、
水晶体嚢が近方視の状態の場合、前嚢による前記前方支持部に対する押圧力が低下すると、前記前方支持部が弾性力により基端部の径方向の位置を維持しながら前方に戻ることによって、前記前方支持部の先端部が径方向の位置を維持しながら水晶体嚢赤道部の中心位置より前方に移動し、それに伴って前記光学部が前方に移動することを特徴とする調節眼内レンズ。 - 前記支持部は、前記前方支持部の基端部が径方向の位置を維持するための規制部材が設けられている請求項1に記載の調節眼内レンズ。
- 前記規制部材は、隣り合う前記前方支持部の基端部同士を連結する態様に形成されている請求項2に記載の調節眼内レンズ。
- 前記規制部材は、前記支持部の外面における水晶体嚢赤道部の高さ位置で径方向外側に突出する態様で形成されている請求項2または請求項3のいずれかに記載の調節眼内レンズ。
- 前記前方支持部は、長さ方向に延びる孔部が形成されている請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の調節眼内レンズ。
- 前記前方支持部は、前記後方支持部よりも薄肉に形成されている請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の調節眼内レンズ。
- 前記前方支持部は、水晶体嚢が近方視の状態の場合、先端部が水晶体嚢赤道部の中心位置より前方に位置する一方、水晶体嚢が遠方視の状態の場合、先端部が水晶体嚢赤道部の中心位置より後方に位置する請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の調節眼内レンズ。
- 前記前方支持部は、周方向に延びる一ないし複数の切り欠きが形成されている請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載の調節眼内レンズ。
