b.調製した試料を収容するための試料リザーバー(300)、
c.等温核酸増幅のための試薬を含有する反応チャンバー(200)、
d.調製した試料を試料リザーバーから前記反応チャンバーまで移動させるための、好ましくはピペットチップとプランジャーアセンブリとを有するハウジングを含む液体移動デバイス(100)
を含む、キット。 - 等温核酸増幅を行うための方法であって、
a.検査のために生液体試料を準備すること、
b.核酸増幅阻害物質および/または蛍光物質を除去するために前記生液体試料を処理すること、
c.前記処理された試料上で等温核酸増幅を行うこと、および
d.増幅した核酸をモニターすること
を含む、方法であって、
処理ステップが、請求項1~18のいずれかに記載の装置を使用して実行される、方法。
