Description
図2は、本実施形態の無線タグ読み取り装置10の構成の一例を示す図である。図2に示すように、無線タグ読み取り装置10は、第1のコンベアー11と、第2のコンベアー12と、傾斜部材13と、トンネル部14とを備える。
次に、第2の実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、上述のトンネル部14と連続する第2のトンネル部がさらに設けられる点で上述の第1の実施形態と相異する。以下、具体的に説明する。なお、上述の第1の実施形態と共通する部分については適宜に説明を省略する。
例えば、電波を反射する材料を示す電波反射材が、両開きの扉の隙間に設けられる形態であってもよい。図6は、第1の扉111、第2の扉112、第3の扉113および第4の扉115の何れかを正面から見た図である。以下では、第1の扉111、第2の扉112、第3の扉113および第4の扉115を互いに区別しない場合は単に「扉」と称する。図6の例では、扉(この例では両開きの扉)を構成する左右の扉のそれぞれは、蝶番116を軸に回動可能に構成される。また、図6において斜線で示された部分の領域は、トンネル部14または第2のトンネル部15の穴と、扉との隙間を示し、ここでは、この隙間を埋めるように電波反射材が設けられている。これにより、リーダライタ・アンテナ114から放射された電波が、トンネル部14または第2のトンネル部15の外に漏れることをさらに抑制できる。
上述の各実施形態では、扉は、搬送対象の物体の搬送位置に応じて開閉する観音開きの扉であるが、これに限らず、例えばスライド方式の両開きの扉であってもよいし、シャッター方式の一枚の扉であってもよい。これらの形態においては、搬送対象の物体の位置をセンシングし、そのセンシングされた位置に応じて、扉の開閉を自動的に制御する形態が有効である。要するに、扉は、物体の搬送位置に応じて開閉する形態であればよい。

Claims (6)
- 無線タグが設けられた物体を載せて搬送する搬送部の一部の上部を取り囲むように設置されるトンネル部と、
電波を放射して前記無線タグの情報を読み取るアンテナ部と、を備え、
前記トンネル部の入口には、前記物体の搬送位置に応じて開閉する第1の扉が設けられ、
前記トンネル部の出口には、前記物体の搬送位置に応じて開閉する第2の扉が設けられ、
前記トンネル部の前記第1の扉と前記第2の扉との間には、前記物体の搬送位置に応じて開閉する第3の扉が設けられ、
前記第2の扉と前記第3の扉との間の前記搬送部として、前記第3の扉の方向から前記第2の扉の方向に向かって下る傾斜部材が設けられ、
前記アンテナ部は、前記傾斜部材の傾斜面に設けられる、
無線タグ読み取り装置。 - 前記第1の扉と前記第3の扉との間の距離は、前記第1の扉および前記第3の扉のうちの一方が開いた状態のときは他方は閉まった状態となるように設定される、
請求項1に記載の無線タグ読み取り装置。 - 前記トンネル部と連続する第2のトンネル部をさらに備え、

前記第2のトンネル部の出口には、前記物体の搬送位置に応じて開閉する第4の扉が設けられる、
請求項1または2に記載の無線タグ読み取り装置。 - 前記第2の扉と前記第4の扉との間の距離は、前記第2の扉および前記第4の扉のうちの一方が開いた状態のときは他方は閉まった状態となるように設定される、
請求項3に記載の無線タグ読み取り装置。 - 前記第1の扉、前記第2の扉、前記第3の扉、および、前記第4の扉の各々は、前記物体の搬送位置に応じて開閉する両開きの扉である、
請求項3または4に記載の無線タグ読み取り装置。 - 電波を反射する材料を示す電波反射材が、前記両開きの扉の隙間に設けられる、
