Claims (8)
- 銅を主成分として含む材料(10)を溶接するレーザ溶接方法であって、
前記材料(10)に第1レーザ光(L1)を照射して加熱するとともに、前記材料(10)の前記第1レーザ光(L1)の照射部内に、前記材料(10)の温度上昇に伴って前記材料(10)に含まれる銅のエネルギー吸収率が高まる第2レーザ光(L2)を照射して溶接し、
前記第1レーザ光(L1)の波長が400nm以上で且つ470nm以下であるレーザ溶接方法。 - 請求項1において、
前記第1レーザ光(L1)の光源が半導体レーザであるレーザ溶接方法。 - 請求項1又は2において、
前記第2レーザ光(L2)の波長が1030nm以上で且つ1200nm以下であるレーザ溶接方法。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかにおいて、
前記第2レーザ光(L2)の光源が赤外線レーザであるレーザ溶接方法。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれかにおいて、
前記第2レーザ光(L2)の照射部が、前記第1レーザ光(L1)の照射部1つに2つ以上含まれるレーザ溶接方法。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれかにおいて、
前記材料(10)に、2組以上の前記第1及び第2レーザ光(L1,L2)を照射するレーザ溶接方法。 - 固定子鉄心(31)に形成された複数のスロットのそれぞれに複数の導体セグメント(32)が挿入され、各スロットに挿入された前記複数の導体セグメント(32)の端部が、銅を主成分として含む材料(10)で形成された回転電気機械(30)の製造方法であって、
前記複数の導体セグメント(32)の端部間を、請求項1乃至6のいずれかのレーザ溶接方法により溶接する回転電気機械(30)の製造方法。 - 請求項7において、
前記複数の導体セグメント(32)それぞれの端部に対し、1組以上の前記第1及び第2レーザ光(L1,L2)を照射する回転電気機械(30)の製造方法。
