入口条件:分割モード;200℃;11.36psi;0.2:1の分割比;0.2mL/分の分割流量;総流量3.9mL/分。
オーブンプログラム:40℃の初期温度で5分間保持;20℃/分の線形温度傾斜;250℃の最終温度で9分間保持;合計実行時間24.50分。
質量検出器:SCAN取得モード;生じるEM電圧1494.1;低質量28.0;高質量200.0;150℃の四重極温度;230℃のソース温度。
ヘッドスペースオートサンプラのパラメータ:35℃(平衡)/150℃(バルク)のオーブン温度;60℃(平衡)/175℃(バルク)のニードル温度;100℃(平衡)/200℃(バルク)の移送ライン温度;10分間のバイアル平衡時間;2分間の加圧時間;0.1分間の注入時間;35分間のGCサイクル時間;25psiのキャリア圧力;動作モード:一定;注入モード:時間。
Claims (10)
- 半透性バリアと、
複数の非フィルム形成ポリマー削減粒子とを含む、空気処理物品であって、
提供される前記非フィルム形成ポリマー削減粒子は、コアポリマーおよび少なくとも1つのシェルポリマーを含む多段式粒子であり;前記コアポリマーは、前記非フィルム形成ポリマー削減粒子の重量の1~25重量%を占め;前記コアポリマーは、重合モノマー単位として、前記コアポリマーの重量に基づいて、50~100重量%の、単一のカルボン酸基を含有する少なくとも1種のモノエチレン性不飽和コアモノマーを含み;前記少なくとも1つのシェルポリマーは、重合モノマー単位として、前記少なくとも1つのシェルポリマーの重量に基づいて、10~50重量%の、少なくとも1種の多エチレン性不飽和シェルモノマーを含み;また、前記少なくとも1つのシェルポリマーの重量に基づいて、50~90重量%の、少なくとも1種のモノエチレン性不飽和シェルモノマーを含み;提供される前記非フィルム形成ポリマー削減粒子はそれぞれ中央空隙を含み;提供される前記非フィルム形成ポリマー削減粒子は、1~70体積%の平均空隙率を有し;
前記半透性バリアは、空気雰囲気と非フィルム形成ポリマー削減粒子との間に配置され;
前記半透性バリアは、前記非フィルム形成ポリマー削減粒子による前記バリアへの通過を阻止し、
前記半透性バリアは、汚染物質を含有する処理用空気による前記バリアへの通過を許容し、それにより処理用空気は非フィルム形成ポリマー削減粒子と接触可能となり;
前記非フィルム形成ポリマー削減粒子は、前記汚染物質に対して親和性を有し、前記汚染物質は、アセトアルデヒド、d-リモネン、ベンゼン、トルエン、エチルベンゼン、キシレン、スチレン、トリメチルベンゼン、プロピルベンゼン、ピリジン、ピラジン、1-オクテン-3-オール、3-メチルフラン、2-ペンタノール、2-ヘキサノン、2-ヘプタノン、3-オクタノン、3-オクタノール、トランス-2-オクテン-1-オール、シス-2-オクテン-1-オール、1-オクテン、2-ペンタノン、2-ノナノン、ボルネオール、ゲオスミン、1-ブタノール、3-メチル-1-ブタノール、3-メチル-2-ブタノール、およびツヨプセンの少なくとも1つを含み、
前記非フィルム形成ポリマー削減粒子は、自由流動性乾燥粉末である、空気処理物品。 - 前記半透性バリアが、スクリーン、メッシュ、織布または不織布基材、エキスパンドメタル、およびメンブレンの少なくとも1つからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の空気処理物品。
- 前記非フィルム形成ポリマー削減粒子が、前記処理用空気と接触する際に流動化可能となる、請求項2に記載の空気処理物品。
- 前記非フィルム形成ポリマー削減粒子が前記処理用空気と接触する際に互いに静止したままであるように、前記非フィルム形成ポリマー削減粒子が一緒に詰め込まれる、請求項2に記載の空気処理物品。
- 前記半透性バリアが、複数の繊維を含み、前記複数の繊維が、薄い織布または不織布マットを形成する、請求項4に記載の空気処理物品。
- 前記空気処理物品が、シースと中空空洞とを伴うシース/中空空洞繊維構造を有する多成分繊維であり;前記半透性バリアが、シースの少なくとも一部を形成し;前記非フィルム形成ポリマー削減粒子が、中空空洞内に配置される、請求項1に記載の空気処理物品。
- 前記コアポリマーが、重合モノマー単位として、前記コアポリマーの重量に基づいて、90~100重量%のアクリル酸モノマーおよびメタクリル酸モノマーを含み;前記少な
くとも1つのシェルポリマーが、重合モノマー単位として、前記少なくとも1つのシェルポリマーの重量に基づいて、15~30重量%の前記少なくとも1種の多エチレン性不飽和シェルモノマーを含み;ここで、前記少なくとも1種の多エチレン性不飽和シェルモノマーは、ジビニルベンゼンを含み;前記少なくとも1つのシェルポリマーは、重合モノマー単位として、前記少なくとも1つのシェルポリマーの重量に基づいて、70~85重量%の前記少なくとも1種のモノエチレン性不飽和シェルモノマーを含み;前記少なくとも1種のモノエチレン性不飽和シェルモノマーは、メタクリル酸、メタクリル酸メチル、メタクリル酸ブチル、スチレンスルホン酸ナトリウム、およびスチレンを含む、請求項6に記載の空気処理物品。 - 前記空気処理物品が、前記多成分繊維を組み込んだ布地である、請求項6に記載の空気処理物品。
