Claims (5)
- アウターチューブと、
前記アウターチューブ内に軸方向移動可能に挿入されるロッドと、
前記アウターチューブの外周に設けられ前記ロッドを伸長方向に附勢する懸架ばねと、
前記アウターチューブ又は前記ロッドのいずれか一方の外周に周方向に回転可能に装着され前記懸架ばねの一端を支持する環状のばね受と、
前記アウターチューブ又は前記ロッドのいずれか一方の外周の前記ばね受の反懸架ばね側に装着され前記ばね受の反懸架ばね側への移動を規制する環状の規制部材と、
前記ばね受又は前記規制部材のいずれか一方の前記ばね受又は前記規制部材のいずれか他方側に設けられ、軸方向高さのそれぞれ異なる複数の当接面を有する複数のカム部と、
前記ばね受又は前記規制部材のいずれか他方に設けられ、前記各カム部と対応する位置にそれぞれ配置されるとともに、前記カム部と互いに符合する形状とされて前記当接面に当接する複数の突起部とを備える
ことを特徴とする懸架装置。 - アウターチューブと、
前記アウターチューブ内に軸方向移動可能に挿入されるロッドと、
前記アウターチューブの外周に設けられ前記ロッドを伸長方向に附勢する懸架ばねと、
前記アウターチューブ又は前記ロッドのいずれか一方の外周に周方向に回転可能に装着され前記懸架ばねの一端を支持する環状のばね受と、
前記アウターチューブ又は前記ロッドのいずれか一方の外周の前記ばね受の反懸架ばね側に装着され前記ばね受の反懸架ばね側への移動を規制する環状の規制部材と、
前記ばね受又は前記規制部材のいずれか一方の前記ばね受又は前記規制部材のいずれか他方側に設けられ、軸方向高さが段々と高くなるように配置される複数の当接面を有する複数のカム部と、
前記ばね受又は前記規制部材のいずれか他方に設けられ、前記各カム部と対応する位置にそれぞれ配置されるとともに、前記当接面に当接する複数の突起部と、
前記複数の当接面のうち軸方向高さの最も低い当接面側を始端とし、軸方向高さの最も高い当接面側を終端とした場合に、前記各突起部が終端から反始端側へ移動して前記各突起部に対応する前記各カム部と対向しない位置に移動することを防止するストッパとを備える
ことを特徴とする懸架装置。 - アウターチューブと、
前記アウターチューブ内に軸方向移動可能に挿入されるロッドと、
前記アウターチューブの外周に設けられ前記ロッドを伸長方向に附勢する懸架ばねと、
前記アウターチューブ又は前記ロッドのいずれか一方の外周に周方向に回転可能に装着され前記懸架ばねの一端を支持する環状のばね受と、
前記アウターチューブ又は前記ロッドのいずれか一方の外周の前記ばね受の反懸架ばね側に装着され前記ばね受の反懸架ばね側への移動を規制する環状の規制部材と、
前記ばね受の前記規制部材側に設けられ、軸方向高さのそれぞれ異なる複数の当接面を有する複数のカム部と、
前記規制部材に設けられ、前記各カム部と対応する位置にそれぞれ配置されるとともに、前記当接面に当接する複数の突起部とを備え、
前記カム部が、軸心側から外周側に向けて反規制部材側に傾斜する
ことを特徴とする懸架装置。 - 前記ばね受又は前記規制部材のいずれか一方に設けられ、前記突起部と前記カム部を内包するカバーを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の懸架装置。 - 前記ばね受と前記規制部材が合成樹脂により形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の懸架装置。
