Description
バルブ部の開弁度に応じて流量又は圧力を制御する容量制御弁において、
制御圧力の流体を通す第3連通路と連通する内部空間、吐出圧力の流体を通す第2連通路に連通するとともに前記内部空間と連通する弁孔及び該弁孔に配設される第2弁座を有する第2弁室、及び、吸入圧力の流体を通す第1連通路に連通するとともに第1弁座を有する第1弁室、を有するバルブ本体と、
前記内部空間と前記第1連通路に連通する中間連通路、前記第2弁座と離接して前記弁孔を開閉する第2弁部、前記第2弁部とは反対に連動開閉するとともに前記第1弁座と離接して前記中間連通路と前記第1連通路との連通を開閉する第1弁部、及び、前記内部空間に配置される軸部と、を有する弁体と、
前記内部空間に配置されて周囲の圧力によって伸縮するとともに前記弁体の前記軸部と摺動可能に嵌合する自由端部を有する感圧体と、
前記内部空間に配設され前記内部空間と前記中間連通路とを連通する補助連通部と、
前記バルブ本体に取り付けられて電流に応じて前記弁体を開閉する方向へ作動させるソレノイド部と、を備え、
前記弁体の前記軸部と前記感圧体の前記自由端部との嵌合長さは、前記感圧体の周囲の圧力による前記感圧体の前記自由端部の変位量より大きく設定される。
この構成により、弁体の軸部と感圧体の自由端部との嵌合長さは、感圧体の周囲の圧力による感圧体の自由端部の変位量より大きく設定されるので、弁体の軸部と感圧体の自由端部とは常に嵌合状態を維持でき、内部空間に配設された補助連通部によって内部空間から第1弁室へ流れる流体量を調整して、容量可変型圧縮機の運転効率を向上することができる。
前記補助連通部は前記中間連通路の流路断面積より小さい開口面積を有する。
この構成により、補助連通部がボトルネックとなるので、補助連通路のみを調整することによって内部空間から第1弁室へ流れる流体を調整して、容量可変型圧縮機の運転効率を向上することができる。
補助連通部は、前記弁体に配設される孔部である。
この構成により、孔部の径を調整することで補助連通部の開口面積を調整できる。
前記補助連通部は、前記弁体の前記軸部と前記感圧体の前記自由端部との隙間部より大きい開口面積を有する。
この構成により、内部空間から第1弁室へ至る流路が並列して存在していても、補助連通部のみを調整して、内部空間から第1弁室へ流れる流体量を調整することができる。
前記弁体は前記補助連通部を複数備える。
この構成により、補助連通部の個数を調整することで補助連通部の開口面積を調整できる。
前記補助連通部は、前記弁体の前記軸部と前記感圧体の前記自由端部との隙間部からなる。
この構成により、弁体の軸部と感圧体の自由端部との隙間部を調整することによって、内部空間から第1弁室へ流れる流体量を調整して、容量可変型圧縮機の運転効率を向上することができる。

- バルブ部の開弁度に応じて流量又は圧力を制御する容量制御弁において、
制御圧力の流体を通す第3連通路と連通する内部空間、吐出圧力の流体を通す第2連通路に連通するとともに前記内部空間と連通する弁孔及び該弁孔に配設される第2弁座を有する第2弁室、及び、吸入圧力の流体を通す第1連通路に連通するとともに第1弁座を有する第1弁室、を有するバルブ本体と、
前記内部空間と前記第1連通路に連通する中間連通路、前記第2弁座と離接して前記弁孔を開閉する第2弁部、前記第2弁部とは反対に連動開閉するとともに前記第1弁座と離接して前記中間連通路と前記第1連通路との連通を開閉する第1弁部、及び、前記内部空間に配置される軸部と、を有する弁体と、
前記内部空間に配置されて周囲の圧力によって伸縮するとともに前記弁体の前記軸部と摺動可能に嵌合する自由端部を有する感圧体と、

- 前記弁体は前記補助連通部を複数備える請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記補助連通部は、前記弁体の前記軸部と前記感圧体の前記自由端部との隙間部からなる請求項1又は2に記載の容量制御弁。
