Description
バルブ部の開弁度に応じて容量可変型圧縮機の流量又は圧力を制御する容量制御弁において、
第1圧力の流体を通す第1連通路と連通する第1弁室、第3圧力の流体を通す第3連通路に連通する第3弁室、並びに、前記第1連通路と前記第3連通路との間に配設され第2圧力の流体を通す第2連通路に連通するとともに前記第3弁室と連通する弁孔及び該弁孔に配設される第2弁座を有する第2弁室を有するバルブ本体と、
前記第3弁室内に配置され周囲の圧力によって伸縮する感圧体と、
前記第1弁室と前記第3弁室とを連通する中間連通路、前記第1弁室に配設される第1弁部、前記第2弁座と離接し前記弁孔を開閉する第2弁部、及び、前記第3弁室に配設される弁体端部を有する弁体と、
前記第3弁室内に配設され前記第3弁室と前記中間連通路とに連通する第3連通孔と、
電磁コイル部、第1プランジャ、固定子鉄心、及び、前記弁体と前記第1プランジャを接続するロッドを有するソレノイドと、
前記固定子鉄心と前記弁体との間に配設される第2プランジャ、とを備え、
前記第2プランジャは、前記第1弁部と並列して前記第1弁室と前記中間連通路とを連通する補助連通孔を備える。
この構成により、固定子鉄心と弁体との間に配設される第2プランジャの補助連通孔によって、第1弁室と第3弁室とを連通する中間連通路の流れを規制するので、容量可変型圧縮機の運転効率を向上することができる。
前記第2プランジャは、前記第1弁部と離接して前記第1弁室と前記中間連通路との連通を開閉する補助弁座を備える。
この構成により、第1弁部と第2プランジャの補助弁座との離接によって、第3弁室から中間連通路を介して第1弁室に至る流れを調整できるので、容量可変型圧縮機の運転効率を向上することができる。
前記補助連通孔は前記第3連通孔より小さい開口面積を備え、前記第3連通孔は前記第1弁部と前記第2プランジャとの間の開口面積より小さい開口面積を備える。
この構成により、第1弁部が閉状態において最も小さい開口面積を有する補助連通孔によって、第3弁室から中間連通路を介して第1弁室へ流れる流体量を規制できる。また、第1弁部を開状態においては補助連通孔のボトルネックが解消して第3弁室から第1弁部への多くの流量を流すことができるとともに、第1弁部が全開となっても第3連通孔がボトルネックとなり流量を制限するので、不必要に流体が流れることがない。
前記補助連通孔は、前記中間連通路の流路断面積より小さい開口面積を備える。
この構成により、補助連通孔がボトルネックとなるので、第3弁室から中間連通路を介して第1弁室へ流れる流量を規制でき、第3弁室から第1弁室への流量を減少させて容量可変型圧縮機の運転効率を向上することができる。
前記第2プランジャは前記ロッドに対し相対移動可能となる嵌合隙間を有する。
この構成により、第2プランジャはロッドの移動と関係なく、第1弁室と第3弁室とを連通する中間連通路を絞り、第3弁室から第1弁室への流量を減少させて容量可変型圧縮機の運転効率を向上することができる。
この構成により、中間連通路と第3弁室を開閉する第3弁部によって、起動時に液冷媒を短時間で排出することができる。
前記第1圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機の吸入圧力、前記第2圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機の吐出圧力、前記第3圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機のクランク室の圧力である。
前記第1圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機のクランク室の圧力、前記第2圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機の吐出圧力、前記第3圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機の吸入圧力である。
この構成により、様々な容量可変型圧縮機に対応することができる。
これにより、制御状態(0<I<I1)において、中間連通路26と第1弁室14との間は、最小開口面積S1となる第2プランジャ37の補助連通孔37cによって絞られるので、第3弁室16から中間連通路26を通り第1弁室14へ流れる冷媒量を低減でき、延いては制御室から吸入室へ流れる冷媒を制限して効率の低下を防止することができる。

- バルブ部の開弁度に応じて容量可変型圧縮機の流量又は圧力を制御する容量制御弁において、
第1圧力の流体を通す第1連通路と連通する第1弁室、第3圧力の流体を通す第3連通路に連通する第3弁室、並びに、前記第1連通路と前記第3連通路との間に配設され第2圧力の流体を通す第2連通路に連通するとともに前記第3弁室と連通する弁孔及び該弁孔に配設される第2弁座を有する第2弁室を有するバルブ本体と、
前記第3弁室内に配置され周囲の圧力によって伸縮する感圧体と、
前記第1弁室と前記第3弁室とを連通する中間連通路、前記第1弁室に配設される第1弁部、前記第2弁座と離接し前記弁孔を開閉する第2弁部、及び、前記第3弁室に配設される弁体端部を有する弁体と、

- 前記補助連通孔は、前記中間連通路の流路断面積より小さい開口面積を備える請求項2又は3に記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記第2プランジャは前記ロッドに対し相対移動可能となる嵌合隙間を有する請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記弁体の前記弁体端部は、前記感圧体と離接して前記中間連通路と前記第3弁室との連通を開閉する第3弁部をさらに備える請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記第1圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機の吸入圧力、前記第2圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機の吐出圧力、前記第3圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機のクランク室の圧力である請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記第1圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機のクランク室の圧力、前記第2圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機の吐出圧力、前記第3圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機の吸入圧力である請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
