第2の実施形態では、第1の実施形態とは付加容量の形成位置が異なるRFICモジュール及びRFIDタグについて例示する。
第3の実施形態では、アンテナ導体とRFIC2とをインダクタを介して、または直接的に接続する、RFICモジュール及びRFIDタグについて例示する。

Claims (6)
- 互いに対向する第1面及び第2面を有する基材と、
前記基材の第1面側に搭載されるRFICと、
前記基材の第1面に形成されて、前記RFICが接続されるRFIC側端子電極と、
を備え、
前記RFIC側端子電極の表面に絶縁体膜が形成され、前記絶縁体膜内に導体は設けられず、
前記絶縁体膜上に、前記RFIC側端子電極に対向する導体膜が形成され、前記RFIC側端子電極と前記導体膜との間に容量が形成された、
RFICモジュール。 - 互いに対向する第1面及び第2面を有する基材と、
前記基材の第1面側に搭載されるRFICと、
前記基材の第1面に形成されて、前記RFICが接続されるRFIC側端子電極と、
前記基材の第2面に形成された、アンテナ側端子電極と、
前記基材に形成され、前記RFIC側端子電極と前記アンテナ側端子電極とを接続する層間接続導体と、
を備え、
前記RFIC側端子電極の表面に絶縁体膜が形成され、
前記絶縁体膜上に、前記RFIC側端子電極に対向する導体膜が形成された、
RFICモジュール。 - 互いに対向する第1面及び第2面を有する基材と、
前記基材の第1面側に搭載されるRFICと、
前記基材の第1面に形成されて、前記RFICが接続されるRFIC側端子電極と、
を備え、
前記RFIC側端子電極の表面に絶縁体膜が形成され、前記絶縁体膜内に導体は設けられず、
前記基材の第2面に前記RFIC側端子電極に対向する導体膜が形成され、前記RFIC側端子電極と前記導体膜との間に容量が形成された、
RFICモジュール。 - アンテナとRFICモジュールとを備えるRFIDタグであって、
前記アンテナは、アンテナ基材と、当該アンテナ基材に形成されたアンテナ導体パターンとで構成され、
前記RFICモジュールは、互いに対向する第1面及び第2面を有する基材と、前記基材の第1面側に搭載されるRFICと、前記基材の第1面に形成されて、前記RFICが接続されるRFIC側端子電極と、前記RFIC側端子電極の表面に形成された絶縁体膜と、前記絶縁体膜上に形成された、前記RFIC側端子電極に対向する導体膜と、を備え、
前記RFICモジュールが前記アンテナ基材に搭載されて、前記アンテナ導体パターンと前記RFIC側端子電極との間に容量が形成された、
RFIDタグ。 - アンテナとRFICモジュールとを備えるRFIDタグであって、
前記アンテナは、アンテナ基材と、当該アンテナ基材に形成されたアンテナ導体パターンとで構成され、
前記RFICモジュールは、互いに対向する第1面及び第2面を有する基材と、前記基材の第1面に搭載されるRFICと、前記基材の第1面に形成されて、前記RFICが接続されるRFIC側端子電極と、前記RFIC側端子電極の表面に形成された絶縁体膜と、前記絶縁体膜上に形成され、前記RFIC側端子電極に対向する導体膜と、前記基材の第2面に形成されたたアンテナ側端子電極と、前記基材に形成され、前記RFIC側端子電極と前記アンテナ側端子電極とを接続する層間接続導体と、を備え、
前記RFICモジュールが前記アンテナ基材に搭載されて、前記アンテナ導体パターンと前記RFIC側端子電極とが接続された、
RFIDタグ。 - アンテナとRFICモジュールとを備えるRFIDタグであって、
前記アンテナは、アンテナ基材と、当該アンテナ基材に形成されたアンテナ導体パターンとで構成され、
