本発明の実施形態に係る乗客支援システムについて図1~図3を参照して説明する。図1は、本実施形態に係る乗客支援システムが適用される車両の概略構成を示す模式図である。図2は、本実施形態に係る乗客支援システムの概略構成を示すブロック図である。図3は、本実施形態に係る乗客支援システムにて実行される制御処理の一例を示すフローチャート図である。図4は、実施形態に係る乗客支援システムにて管理される管理情報の一例を示す図である。

Claims (2)
- 複数の乗客を輸送することが可能な車両に搭載される乗客支援システムであって、
車室内を撮影して画像を取得する画像取得装置と、
前記車両が目的地に近づいたことを示す目的地接近情報を車室内の乗客に報知する報知部と、
前記画像取得装置により得られた画像に基づいて前記乗客が着座した座席の乗客座席位置を特定し、前記乗客座席位置と前記座席に着座した乗客の目的地に対応する着座乗客目的地情報とを関連付けて保持する制御装置と、
前記報知部とは異なるものであって、各座席に設置され、少なくとも覚醒対象乗客に対して覚醒を促す覚醒動作を実行する覚醒促進装置と、
各座席に設置され、前記覚醒促進装置による覚醒動作を停止させるための停止操作を受け付ける操作装置と、
を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記車両の現在地を示す現在地情報と前記着座乗客目的地情報との比較結果に基づいて前記車両が前記着座乗客目的地情報に対応する目的地に到着する前に前記報知部により前記目的地接近情報を報知させ、
少なくとも前記報知部による報知後に、前記画像取得装置により得られた画像に基づいて、前記着座乗客目的地情報に関連する前記乗客座席位置に着座した乗客のうち、非覚醒状態にある覚醒対象乗客を特定し、
前記覚醒対象乗客に対応する前記乗客座席位置を対象座席位置として特定し、当該対象座席位置に対応する前記覚醒促進装置に覚醒動作を実行させ、
前記対象座席位置に対応する前記操作装置により前記停止操作を受け付けると、前記覚醒促進装置による覚醒動作を停止させる
ことを特徴とする乗客支援システム。 - 前記現在地情報と、1以上の前記目的地情報とに基づいて前記車両の走行ルートを決定し、当該走行ルートに基づいて前記車両に自動走行を行わせる車両制御装置をさらに備える
請求項1に記載の乗客支援システム。
