といった反応を促進して排気ガス中のNOxを浄化する。そして、これらの反応においてNOxの還元剤となるアンモニア(NH3)を生成するための尿素水を噴射供給するものが、同SCR触媒33の上流側に設けられた噴射弁50である。

Claims (5)
- 内燃機関(30)の排気通路(31a)に設けられ、排気中のNOxを浄化するNOx浄化触媒に液状の還元剤を噴射供給する噴射弁(50)と、還元剤通路(42)を介して前記噴射弁に対して前記還元剤を加圧供給するポンプ(44)と、を備える排気浄化システムに適用され、
前記噴射弁の噴射状態における前記ポンプの回転速度を噴射時回転速度(Np)として取得する取得部(S17)と、
前記噴射弁における要求噴射量(Qo)と、前記噴射時回転速度から算出される実噴射量(Qp)との差に基づいて、前記噴射弁における異常の有無を判定する判定部(S28)と、
を備え、
前記取得部は、前記噴射弁の噴射停止状態における前記ポンプの回転速度を無噴射時回転速度(Ns)として取得し(S14)、
前記判定部は、前記無噴射時回転速度に対する前記噴射時回転速度の上昇量(ΔN)から前記実噴射量を算出し、前記噴射弁に異常が有ると判定した場合に、前記無噴射時回転速度を所定の速度閾値(Nt)と比較し(S38)、前記無噴射時回転速度が前記速度閾値よりも大きい場合に、前記噴射弁が閉鎖しない開固着異常が発生していると判定し(S40)、前記無噴射時回転速度が前記速度閾値以下である場合に、前記噴射弁が閉鎖したままとなる閉固着異常が発生していると判定する(S42)異常判定装置。 - 前記噴射弁は、所定周期で噴射と噴射停止とを繰り返し実施するものであり、
前記取得部は、前記噴射弁の噴射開始前の前記無噴射時回転速度を取得するとともに、前記噴射弁の噴射開始後の前記噴射時回転速度を取得し、
前記判定部は、前記噴射弁の噴射開始前の前記無噴射時回転速度に対する前記噴射弁の噴射開始後の前記噴射時回転速度の上昇量から前記実噴射量を算出する請求項1に記載の異常判定装置。 - 前記取得部は、所定条件に応じて前記無噴射時回転速度を繰り返し取得しており、
前記判定部が前記噴射弁に異常が無いと判定した場合に、当該判定に用いた前記無噴射時回転速度を前記速度閾値として更新する更新部(S32)を備える請求項1または請求項2に記載の異常判定装置。 - 前記速度閾値が更新された後に前記内燃機関の運転が停止された場合に、前記内燃機関の運転が次回に始動されるまでの停止期間に亘って、前記速度閾値を保持する保持部(S54)を備える請求項3に記載の異常判定装置。
- 前記噴射弁は、噴射と噴射停止とを繰り返し実施するものであり、
前記判定部は、複数の噴射状態における前記要求噴射量の積算値(ΣQo)と、前記複数の噴射状態における前記実噴射量の積算値(ΣQp)との差に基づいて、前記噴射弁における異常の有無を判定する請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一項に記載の異常判定装置。
