Claims (3)
- 軸を中心として回動するピニオンギヤに噛み合うサイドギヤの回転によって動力を伝達する差動装置であって、
前記ピニオンギヤ及び前記サイドギヤを収容して前記軸を中心として回転するデフケースと、
前記サイドギヤと前記デフケースの内壁との間に配置されるサイドワッシャと、を備え、
前記サイドワッシャは、
前記デフケースの内部に配置されるワッシャ部と、
前記ワッシャ部から前記デフケースの外部へと延在する延在部と、
前記延在部の先端部に設けられ、前記デフケースに開口する窓から前記デフケースの外部に延在してオイルを掻き上げる掻上部と、を有し、
前記デフケースは、2つの前記窓を有し、
一方の前記窓から延在する前記サイドワッシャの前記ワッシャ部と、他方の前記窓から延在する前記サイドワッシャの前記ワッシャ部と、が前記デフケースの内部で互いに係合して配置されることを特徴とする差動装置。 - 請求項1に記載の差動装置において、
前記デフケースは、前記延在部に係合して前記サイドワッシャの回り止めをする係合部を有することを特徴とする差動装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の差動装置において、
前記掻上部は、前記デフケースの回転径方向内側に向いて窪む油溜め空間を形成することを特徴とする差動装置。
