Claims (1)
- 火炉の母材の表面に形成される皮膜の形成方法であって、
トップコートを形成する工程として、1〜30質量%の酸化物セラミックスと、10〜30質量%の層状結晶構造を有する化合物と、10〜50質量%のシリコーンとを含み、残部を有機溶媒とする摺動性材料のスラリーを塗布又はスプレーし、その後スラリーを焼成して成膜する工程
を含む皮膜の形成方法。
