Claims (7)
- 火炉の母材の表面に形成される皮膜であって、トップコートとして、酸化物セラミックスと、層状結晶構造を有する化合物とを含む摺動性材料層を有する皮膜。
- 前記摺動性材料層の下層に、耐腐食性材料又は耐火材で構成されたベース層を有する請求項1に記載の皮膜。
- 前記母材は、鋼材又は耐火材で構成されている請求項1又は2に記載の皮膜。
- 前記母材は、火炉の伝熱管又は壁面を構成する請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の皮膜。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の皮膜が形成された火炉。
- 請求項5に記載の火炉を含む石炭ガス化炉、微粉炭焚きボイラ、燃焼装置又は反応装置。
- 火炉の母材の表面に形成される皮膜の形成方法であって、
トップコートを形成する工程として、酸化物セラミックスと、層状結晶構造を有する化合物と、シリコーンとを含む摺動性材料のスラリーを塗布又はスプレーし、その後スラリーを焼成して成膜する工程
を含む皮膜の形成方法。
