Claims (7)
- 容器を貫通し、端子本体に接続された導電部材を備える蓄電素子であって、
前記容器は、
前記導電部材が貫通する貫通孔と、
前記貫通孔の周縁の少なくとも一部であって、前記容器の内面及び外面の一方の主面から凹んで形成された凹部と、
前記容器の前記内面及び前記外面の他方における主面から突出し、かつ前記凹部に対向する位置に形成された凸部とを備え、
前記端子本体は、少なくとも一部が、前記外面を平面視したときに前記凹部よりも大きくなる形状を有し、
前記凸部及び前記凹部は、前記平面視したときに、前記貫通孔を囲む形状を有する
蓄電素子。 - 前記導電部材は、かしめによって形成されたかしめ部を有し、
前記内面及び前記外面のうち、前記かしめ部が位置する側の一方に前記凸部が形成されている
請求項1に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記凸部は、前記平面視したときに前記かしめ部よりも大きい
請求項2に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記凸部は、前記平面視したときに前記凹部に一致する形状を有する
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記凸部及び前記凹部は、前記平面視したときに、前記貫通孔を囲む円形状を有する
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記容器の板厚をtとすると、前記凹部の凹み量と前記凸部の突出量とは、t/5以上t/2以下の同じ値である
請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電素子。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電素子の製造方法であって、
前記容器となる板体を半抜き加工することによって、前記凹部と前記凸部とを形成する
