最初に本発明の実施態様を列記して説明する。また、以下に記載する実施形態の少なくとも一部を任意に組み合わせてもよい。
本発明の実施形態に係る通信システムの具体例を、以下に図面を参照しつつ説明する。なお、本発明はこれらの例示に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味及び範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。
図1は、本実施の形態に係る車載制御装置が搭載される車両の概要を説明するための模式図である。本実施の形態において車両100は、自動運転機能を備えている。車両100が備える自動運転機能は、例えば運転者が目的地を設定することによって、その後は運転者がハンドル(ステアリングホイール)、アクセル及びブレーキ等の操作を行うことなく、目的地まで車両100が自動的に走行する機能を想定している。
以下、本実施の形態に係る車載制御装置1が行う車載機器の動作制限処理の詳細を説明する。図3は、機能制限処理の一例を示す模式図である。図3には、制限対象となる機能(機器)と、車両100の自動運転が行われている場合の制限と、自動運転中で且つ運転席101が後向きである場合の制限との対応関係の一例が表として示されている。また図3には、図2にて示したウィンカー52、ワイパー54、カーナビゲーション装置56及びディスプレイ装置57以外の車載機器についても、機能制限の例をいくつか挙げて記載している。
図4は、本実施の形態に係る車載制御装置1が行う動作制限処理の手順を示すフローチャートである。本実施の形態に係る車載制御装置1の処理部10の自動運転状態取得部22は、車内通信部12にて車内ネットワーク50を介した自動運転システム51との通信を行うことにより、車両100の自動運転の状態に関する情報を取得する(ステップS1)。自動運転状態取得部22は、取得した自動運転状態に基づいて、車両100は自動運転が行われている状態であるか否かを判定する(ステップS2)。自動運転が行われていない場合(S2:NO)、処理部10の機器動作制御部24は、車両100に搭載された各種の機器を、非制限モードで動作させることを決定し(ステップS3)、ステップS8へ処理を進める。
以上の構成の本実施の形態に係る車載制御装置1は、自動運転機能を実現する自動運転システム51及び後方へ向けることが可能な運転席101を備える車両100に搭載される。車載制御装置1は、車両100が自動運転中であるか否か、及び、運転席101の向きに応じて、車両100に搭載された機器の動作を制御する。これにより車載制御装置1は、自動運転中の車両100の車室内の状況に適した機器の制御を行うことが可能となる。
変形例1に係る車載制御装置1は、車両100の運転席101の向きに応じて機器の制御を行う構成である。変形例1に係る車載制御装置1は、運転席101が前向きである場合には、車両100が自動運転中であっても、車両100の機器を非制限モードで動作させる。車載制御装置1は、運転席101が後向きである場合には、車両100の機器を制限モードで動作させる。なお変形例1に係る制限モードは、図3に示した第2制限モードと同じ制御内容とすることができる。
変形例2に係る車載制御装置1は、車両100が自動運転中であるか否かに応じて機器の制御を行う構成である。変形例2に係る車載制御装置1は、車両100が自動運転中である場合には、運転席101の向きに関わらず、車両100の機器を制限モードで動作させる。車載制御装置1は、車両100が自動運転中ではない場合、車両100の機器を非制限モードで動作させる。なお変形例2に係る制限モードは、図3に示した第2制限モードと同じ制御内容とすることができる。

Claims (10)
- 自動運転機能、及び、後方へ向けることが可能な運転席を有する車両に搭載され、
前記運転席の向きを判定する向き判定部と、
前記向き判定部が判定した向きに応じて、前記車両に搭載された機器の動作を制御する制御部と
を備え、
前記機器は、方向指示器であり、
前記制御部は、前記向き判定部が判定した前記運転席の向きが後向きである場合に、前記方向指示器の動作音を低減する制御を行う、
車載制御装置。 - 自動運転機能、及び、後方へ向けることが可能な運転席を有する車両に搭載され、
前記運転席の向きを判定する向き判定部と、
前記向き判定部が判定した向きに応じて、前記車両に搭載された機器の動作を制御する制御部と
を備え、
前記機器は、表示装置であり、
前記制御部は、前記向き判定部が判定した前記運転席の向きが後向きである場合に、前記表示装置の画面表示の輝度を低減する制御を行う、
車載制御装置。 - 前記車両が自動運転中であるか否かを判定する自動運転判定部を備え、
前記制御部は、前記自動運転判定部の判定結果、及び、前記向き判定部が判定した向きに応じて、前記機器の動作を制御する、

前記自動運転判定部が自動運転中であると判定し、且つ、前記向き判定部が判定した向きが前方である場合に、前記機器を第1の動作状態で動作させ、
前記自動運転判定部が自動運転中であると判定し、且つ、前記向き判定部が判定した向きが後方である場合に、前記機器を第2の動作状態で動作させる、
請求項3に記載の車載制御装置。 - 前記機器には、ワイパーを含み、
前記制御部は、降雨に応じた自動的な前記ワイパーの作動を停止する制御を行う、
請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1つに記載の車載制御装置。 - 前記機器には、カーナビゲーション装置を含み、
前記制御部は、前記カーナビゲーション装置の案内音声の音量を低減する制御を行う、
請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1つに記載の車載制御装置。 - 自動運転機能、及び、後方へ向けることが可能な運転席を有する車両に搭載された車載制御装置に、
前記運転席の向きを判定し、
前記運転席の向きが後向きである場合に、前記車両に搭載された方向指示器の動作音を低減する
処理を行わせる制御プログラム。 - 自動運転機能、及び、後方へ向けることが可能な運転席を有する車両に搭載された車載制御装置に、
前記運転席の向きを判定し、
前記運転席の向きが後向きである場合に、前記車両に搭載された表示装置の画面表示の輝度を低減する
