Claims (5)
- 軌道(3)の枕木(2)を突き固めるタンピングユニット(1)であって、
駆動部(10)により高さ調節可能にユニットフレーム(12)に支持されたツールキャリア(6)と、
各旋回軸(4)を中心として相互に調整可能であり且つ発振駆動部(8)を介して発振させられることが可能な対向する2つのタンピングツール(5)の複数の対と
を備え、
前記駆動部(10)に対して前記タンピングツール(5)を垂直に作用するように振動させる振動駆動部(11)が割り当てられていることを特徴とする、タンピングユニット(1)。 - 前記駆動部(10)及び前記割り当てられた振動駆動部(11)は、液圧シリンダとして形成されており、前記液圧シリンダにおいて圧力チャンバは、脈動する流体流によって加圧されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタンピングユニット(1)。
- 前記液圧シリンダに、制御部(16)によって制御されるサーボ弁又は比例弁(17)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のタンピングユニット(1)。
- 前記タンピングツール(5)をバラスト道床(9)への沈下時に垂直に作用するように振動させることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のタンピングユニット(1)を用いた軌道(3)の枕木(2)を突き固める方法。
- 前記沈下時に前記垂直に作用する振動を自動的にオンにし、所定のタンピング深さへの到達時もしくは前記タンピングツール(5)の調整開始時に自動的にオフにすることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の軌道(3)の枕木(2)を突き固める方法。
