Claims (5)
- 軸部材と前記軸部材を周方向に囲む外周部材との間に配置されるトレランスリングであって、
ばね性を有する円筒状のリング本体と、
前記リング本体の周方向の両端縁部の間に形成される合口部と、
前記リング本体から径方向に突出しかつ前記径方向の剛性による反力を有する複数の突起部を有し、
前記トレランスリングは、前記合口部を中心に含む合口部半周領域と、前記合口部と径方向において対向する対向部を中心に含む対向部半周領域を有し、
前記トレランスリングは、前記合口部と前記対向部を結ぶ直線を境にして第1と第2のX方向半周領域を有し、
前記リング本体の軸中心に沿うZ方向と、前記リング本体の前記軸中心と前記合口部を通るY方向と、前記Y方向と前記Z方向に直交するX方向を定義し、前記反力を前記X方向と前記Y方向にベクトル分解したとき、前記第1のX方向半周領域における前記反力の前記X方向成分の総和は、前記合口部半周領域における前記反力の前記Y方向成分の総和と同一又は小さいトレランスリング。 - 請求項1に記載のトレランスリングであって、
前記合口部半周領域における前記反力のY方向成分の総和と、前記対向部半周領域における前記反力のY方向成分の総和の差は、前記対向部半周領域における前記反力の前記Y方向成分の総和の10%以下であるトレランスリング。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のトレランスリングであって、
前記複数の突起部は、周方向の幅又は軸方向の長さが異なる複数種類の突起部を含むトレランスリング。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のトレランスリングであって、
前記合口部半周領域と前記対向部半周領域は、単体の剛性が略同一である前記突起部をそれぞれ有するトレランスリング。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のトレランスリングであって、
前記合口部半周領域の前記突起部の数より、前記対向部半周領域の前記突起部の数の方が多いトレランスリング。
