Claims (17)
- ソーラーモジュールであって、
1つ以上のソーラーパネルであって、各ソーラーパネルは複数のコンタクトを含む、1つ以上のソーラーパネル、および、
フレキシブルトレースであって、
絶縁材料、および、
前記絶縁材料に収容されて、終端コンタクトを介して前記1つ以上のソーラーパネルを前記ソーラーモジュールの外部デバイスに電気的に接続するように構成される複数の導線であって、前記絶縁材料は、前記コンタクトと前記導線との間に導電性を提供する導電性接着剤を有する開口を含む、複数の導線、
を含む、フレキシブルトレース、
を含み、
前記フレキシブルトレースは、
細長いフレキシブル部分、および、
前記細長い部分から延びる複数のタブであって、前記複数のタブは、前記1つ以上のソーラーパネルの前記コンタクトを重ねるために前記細長い部分に沿って配置され、前記絶縁材料の前記開口は、前記複数のタブ内に位置する、複数のタブ、
を含む、ソーラーモジュール。 - 前記フレキシブルトレースは、前記1つ以上のソーラーパネルと前記外部デバイスとの間に電気的および機械的接続性を提供するように構成される、請求項1に記載のソーラーモジュール。
- 各ソーラーパネルは、1つ以上のソーラーセルを含む、請求項1に記載のソーラーモジュール。
- 各ソーラーパネルは、正のコンタクトおよび負のコンタクトを含む、請求項1に記載のソーラーモジュール。
- 前記1つ以上のソーラーパネルは、異なる形状のソーラーパネル、異なるサイズのソーラーパネル、異なる数のソーラーセルを有するソーラーパネル、またはそれらの組合せを含む、請求項1に記載のソーラーモジュール。
- 前記終端コンタクトは、前記導線に電気的に接続しているゼロ挿入力(ZIF)コネクタを含み、前記ZIFコネクタは、前記ソーラーモジュールと前記外部デバイスとの間に電気的および機械的接続性を提供するように構成される、請求項1に記載のソーラーモジュール。
- 前記フレキシブルトレースの前記導線は、直列構成の1つ以上のソーラーパネルを接続するように構成される、請求項1に記載のソーラーモジュール。
- 前記1つ以上のソーラーパネルは、薄膜フレキシブルソーラーパネルである、請求項1に記載のソーラーモジュール。
- 前記1つ以上のソーラーパネルは、III〜V半導体材料でできている薄膜フレキシブルソーラーパネルである、請求項1に記載のソーラーモジュール。
- 電子デバイスであって、

1つ以上のソーラーパネルであって、各ソーラーパネルは複数のコンタクトを含む、1つ以上のソーラーパネル、および、
フレキシブルトレースであって、
絶縁材料、および、
前記絶縁材料に収容されて、終端コンタクトを介して前記1つ以上のソーラーパネルを前記回路基板に電気的に接続するように構成される複数の導線であって、前記絶縁材料は、前記コンタクトと前記導線との間に導電性を提供する導電性接着剤を有する開口を含む、複数の導線、
を含む、フレキシブルトレース、

前記フレキシブルトレースは、
細長いフレキシブル部分、および、
前記細長い部分から延びる複数のタブであって、前記複数のタブは、前記1つ以上のソーラーパネルの前記コンタクトを重ねるために前記細長い部分に沿って配置され、前記絶縁材料の前記開口は、前記複数のタブ内に位置する、複数のタブ、
を含む、電子デバイス。 - 前記フレキシブルトレースは、前記1つ以上のソーラーパネルと前記回路基板との間に電気的および機械的接続性を提供するように構成される、請求項10に記載の電子デバイス。
- 各ソーラーパネルは、1つ以上のソーラーセルを含む、請求項10に記載の電子デバイス。
- 各ソーラーパネルは、正のコンタクトおよび負のコンタクトを含む、請求項10に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記1つ以上のソーラーパネルは、異なる形状のソーラーパネル、異なるサイズのソーラーパネル、異なる数のソーラーセルを有するソーラーパネル、またはそれらの組合せを含む、請求項10に記載の電子デバイス。
