Claims (5)
- 圧油を発生させる油圧ポンプと、
前記油圧ポンプにより発生した圧油により作動する工具と、
前記油圧ポンプにより発生した圧油を前記工具に送ったり前記工具から前記油圧ポンプに戻り油を戻したりするための油路と、
前記油路に設けられ、圧油および戻り油のうち少なくとも一方の経路を切り換える切換部と、
を備え、
前記切換部は、作動部分と、前記作動部分が回されると進退する軸部分とを有しており、前記作動部分が回されたときに当該作動部分の回転軸方向に前記軸部分が進退することにより前記油路における前記経路が切り換えられ、
前記作動部分は所定の範囲内の回転角度で正逆両方向に回転可能となっており、前記作動部分を第1の方向に回転させると前記軸部分が前記回転軸方向における第3の方向に移動し、前記作動部分を前記第1の方向とは逆方向の第2の方向に回転させると前記軸部分が前記回転軸方向における前記第3の方向とは逆方向の第4の方向に移動する、油圧作動装置。 - 前記切換部は、前記作動部分の回転運動を前記軸部分の進退運動に変換する変換部材を更に有しており、
前記作動部分、前記変換部材および前記軸部分は同じ位相となるよう回転するようになっており、
前記軸部分の外周面には、当該軸部分の周方向および進退方向に対してそれぞれ傾斜した方向に延びる溝が設けられており、当該溝には、位置固定で設けられている固定部材が挿入されるようになっている、請求項1記載の油圧作動装置。 - 前記固定部材が挿入される前記溝は、前記作動部分の回転角度を所定の範囲内に制限する形状となっている、請求項2記載の油圧作動装置。
- 前記切換部の前記軸部分には当該軸部分の周方向に沿って延びる第1の溝が設けられており、前記作動部分が回されることによって前記軸部分が進退すると前記第1の溝の位置が変わることにより前記油路における前記経路が切り換えられる、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の油圧作動装置。
- 前記油圧作動装置の本体部分には、前記切換部の前記軸部分が挿入される穴が形成されており、前記穴の周壁には、当該穴の周方向に沿って延びる第2の溝が設けられており、
前記作動部分が回されることによって前記軸部分が進退すると、当該軸部分によって塞がれていた前記第2の溝が開かれるまたは前記軸部分によって前記第2の溝が塞がれることにより前記油路における前記経路が切り換えられる、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の油圧作動装置。
