Claims (6)
- 第1回転軸が回転することにより圧油を発生させる油圧ポンプ、および前記油圧ポンプにより発生した圧油により作動する工具を有する工具ユニットと、
モータおよび前記モータによって回転させられる第2回転軸を有しており、前記工具ユニットに対して着脱自在となっている駆動ユニットと、
を備え、
前記工具ユニットの前記第1回転軸および前記駆動ユニットの前記第2回転軸のうちのいずれか一方の先端には連結部が設けられているとともに他方の先端には前記連結部に連結される被連結部が設けられており、
前記連結部は、前記第1回転軸または前記第2回転軸と一体的に回転するガイド軸および前記ガイド軸の周囲に設けられた複数の係合部を有しており、
前記被連結部は、前記ガイド軸が挿入されるガイド穴および前記ガイド穴の周囲に設けられ各前記係合部が係合される被係合部を有している、油圧作動装置。 - 前記係合部は凸部であり、前記被係合部は、前記凸部が嵌められる凹部である、請求項1記載の油圧作動装置。
- 各前記凸部の先端は、前記ガイド軸の長手方向に対して傾斜するとともに当該ガイド軸の長手方向に直交する面に対して傾斜している、請求項2記載の油圧作動装置。
- 各前記凹部の間に凸部がそれぞれ設けられており、各前記凸部の先端は、前記ガイド穴の長手方向に対して傾斜するとともに当該ガイド穴の長手方向に直交する面に対して傾斜している、請求項2または3記載の油圧作動装置。
- 前記係合部は凹部であり、前記被係合部は、前記凹部に嵌められる凸部である、請求項1記載の油圧作動装置。
- 一端が前記工具ユニットに着脱自在となっているとともに他端が前記駆動ユニットに着脱自在となっているトルク伝達用連結具を更に備え、
前記トルク伝達用連結具は、可撓性を有する棒状のシャフトおよび前記シャフトの外周面を覆う、可撓性を有するカバーを有しており、前記シャフトが前記カバー内で回転することによって前記駆動ユニットの前記モータにより発生した回転トルクが前記第2回転軸を介して前記工具ユニットの前記第1回転軸に伝達されるようになっており、
前記シャフトおよび前記カバーが可撓性を有するため前記トルク伝達用連結具を曲げることができるようになっており、
前記トルク伝達用連結具の両端には、前記工具ユニットの前記第1回転軸および前記駆動ユニットの前記第2回転軸のうちのいずれか一方の先端に設けられた前記連結部が連結される被連結部、および他方の先端に設けられた前記被連結部に連結される連結部がそれぞれ設けられている、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の油圧作動装置。
