Claims (6)
- 光導波路と、電気回路基板とを厚み方向における上側に向かって順に備えており、
前記厚み方向に直交する第1方向一端部に電極を有し、前記第1方向一端部および他端部の間から光を出射する光素子を光学的および電気的に接続するための光電気混載基板であり、
前記電気回路基板は、
前記電極と電気的に接続される端子部と、
前記光素子の前記第1方向他端部を下側から支持する支持部とを備え、
前記光導波路は、前記光素子から出射される光を受光するための受光部を備え、
前記受光部は、前記厚み方向に投影したときに、前記端子部および前記支持部の間に位置し、
前記端子部の前記厚み方向の上面が、前記支持部の前記厚み方向の上面に対して、厚み方向の下側に位置していることを特徴とする、光電気混載基板。 - 前記電気回路基板は、前記光電気混載基板が前記光素子と接続するときに、前記光素子と前記厚み方向に対向する対向面を有し、
前記対向面は、
前記支持部の前記上面を含み、前記光素子と接触する第1面と、
前記端子部の前記上面を含み、前記第1面に対して前記光素子から離れる位置に位置する第2面と
を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光電気混載基板。 - 前記電気回路基板は、ベース絶縁層と、端子を有する導体層と、前記端子を露出するカバー絶縁層とを前記厚み方向における上側に向かって順に備え、
前記端子部は、前記端子を備え、
前記ベース絶縁層の一部は、前記端子部の厚み方向の下側に配置され、
前記導体層および前記カバー絶縁層の一部は、前記支持部であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の光電気混載基板。 - 前記ベース絶縁層は、
前記端子部と前記厚み方向に対向する第1ベース部と、
前記支持部と前記厚み方向に対向する第2ベース部とを備え、
前記第1ベース部は、前記第2ベース部より薄いことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の光電気混載基板。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の光電気混載基板と、
前記厚み方向に直交する第1方向一端部に電極を有し、前記第1方向一端部および他端部の間から光を出射する光素子とを備え、
前記光素子の前記電極が、前記端子部と電気的に接続され、かつ、前記光素子の前記第1方向他端部が、前記支持部に支持されていることを特徴とする、光電気混載基板アセンブリ。 - 前記光素子を封止する封止部をさらに備え、
前記封止部は、硬化性樹脂を硬化してなることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の光電気混載基板アセンブリ。
