Description
内周に外側転走面が形成された外方部材と、
外周に内側転走面が形成された内方部材と、
前記外方部材と前記内方部材の各転走面間に介装される複数の転動体と、を備え、
前記内方部材の貫通穴に形成されたスプライン穴を有する車輪用軸受装置において、
前記スプライン穴の内周に仕上用ブローチの案内板が通る案内溝が形成されている、ものである。
前記案内溝は、前記凹凸形状を構成する凹部のうち、互いに隣接する複数の凹部が周方向につながって形成されている、ものである。
前記内方部材のインナー側端面にアウター側へ窪んだ位相合せ部が形成されており、
前記位相合せ部は、前記案内溝のインナー側開口端を径方向外側へ広げたように形成されている、ものである。
前記案内板は、前記案内溝に進入していく際に、前記案内溝の側面に対して徐々に隙間が小さくなるように横面が傾斜して形成されている、ものである。

外周に内側転走面が形成された内方部材と、
前記外方部材と前記内方部材の各転走面間に介装される複数の転動体と、を備えた車輪用軸受装置の製造方法であって、
前記内方部材の貫通穴に形成用ブローチを通すことによってスプライン穴を形成する形成工程と、
前記外側転走面、前記内側転走面および前記スプライン穴を熱処理する熱処理工程と、
前記熱処理工程後に仕上用ブローチを通すことによって前記スプライン穴の凹凸形状を高精度に仕上げる仕上工程と、が存在する、ものである。
前記仕上工程には、前記スプライン穴の内周に形成された案内溝に前記仕上用ブローチの案内板を嵌合させる工程が含まれる、ものである。

Claims (5)
- 内周に外側転走面が形成された外方部材と、
外周に内側転走面が形成された内方部材と、
前記外方部材と前記内方部材の各転走面間に介装される複数の転動体と、を備え、
前記内方部材の貫通穴に形成されたスプライン穴を有する車輪用軸受装置において、
前記スプライン穴の内周に仕上用ブローチの案内板が通る案内溝が形成されており、
前記内方部材のインナー側端面にアウター側へ窪んだ位相合せ部が形成されており、
前記位相合せ部は、前記案内溝のインナー側開口端を径方向外側へ広げたように形成されており、
前記スプライン穴は前記位相合せ部を除いて熱処理されている、ことを特徴とする車輪用軸受装置。 - 前記案内溝は、凹凸形状を構成する凹部のうち、互いに隣接する複数の凹部が周方向につながって形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記案内板は、前記案内溝に進入していく際に、前記案内溝の側面に対して徐々に隙間が小さくなるように横面が傾斜して形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
- 内周に外側転走面が形成された外方部材と、
外周に内側転走面が形成された内方部材と、
前記外方部材と前記内方部材の各転走面間に介装される複数の転動体と、を備えた車輪用軸受装置の製造方法であって、
前記内方部材の貫通穴に形成用ブローチを通すことによって、仕上用ブローチの案内板が通る案内溝を有し、前記案内溝のインナー側開口端を径方向外側へ広げた位相合せ部を有するスプライン穴を形成する形成工程と、
前記外側転走面および前記内側転走面および前記スプライン穴を前記位相合せ部を除いて熱処理する熱処理工程と、
前記熱処理工程後に仕上用ブローチを通すことによって前記スプライン穴の凹凸形状を高精度に仕上げる仕上工程と、が存在する、ことを特徴とする車輪用軸受装置の製造方法。 - 前記仕上工程には、前記案内溝に前記仕上用ブローチの案内板を嵌合させる工程が含まれる、請求項4に記載の車輪用軸受装置の製造方法。
