Description
第1被締結体に設けられた締結孔に第1被締結体の表面側から挿し込まれ、第1被締結体の裏面側に突き出た部分に第1被締結体と第2被締結体とを締結する締結部を有するとともに、その締結孔に挿し込まれたときの第1被締結体の表面側に、第1被締結体の表面の、締結孔の周囲の部分に突き当たるフランジ部、第1被締結体の表面側の端部に、フランジ部とは離間して設けられた、締結工具からの力を受ける頭部、および、頭部とフランジ部との間に設けられた、頭部の最大径よりも小径の首部を有する締結部材に装着されるキャップであって、
頭部を通過させる頭部通過穴を区画し頭部の通過の際に頭部に押されて弾性変形する複数本の弾性梁を有し、着脱自在に首部に支持される固定基部と、
固定基部に繋がるヒンジ部と、
ヒンジ部に繋がり、固定基部に重なるように頭部を開閉自在に覆う覆い部とを備えたことを特徴とする。
上記覆い部が、締結部材の頭部に被せられた姿勢で固定基部に係止する係止部を有し、
上記固定基部が、上記覆い部が締結部材の頭部に被せられた姿勢にあるときの上記係止部を係止する被係止部を有することが好ましい。

Claims (4)
- 第1被締結体に設けられた締結孔に該第1被締結体の表面側から挿し込まれ、該第1被締結体の裏面側に突き出た部分に該第1被締結体と第2被締結体とを締結する締結部を有するとともに、該締結孔に挿し込まれたときの該第1被締結体の表面側に、該第1被締結体の表面の該締結孔の周囲の部分に突き当たるフランジ部、該第1被締結体の表面側の端部に、該フランジ部とは離間して設けられた、締結工具からの力を受ける頭部、および該頭部と該フランジ部との間に設けられた、該頭部の最大径よりも小径の首部を有する締結部材に装着されるキャップであって、
前記頭部を通過させる頭部通過穴を区画し該頭部の通過の際に該頭部に押されて弾性変形する複数本の弾性梁を有し、着脱自在に該首部に支持される固定基部と、
前記固定基部に繋がるヒンジ部と、
前記ヒンジ部に繋がり、該固定基部に重なるように前記頭部を開閉自在に覆う覆い部とを備えたことを特徴とするキャップ。 - 前記覆い部が、前記頭部に被せられた姿勢で前記固定基部に係止する係止部を有し、
前記固定基部が、前記覆い部が前記頭部に被せられた姿勢にあるときの前記係止部を係止する被係止部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャップ。 - 前記締結部材が、回転により前記第1の被締結体と前記第2の被締結体を締結する部材であって、
前記固定基部が、前記第1被締結体に接して前記締結部材を回転軸とする該固定基部の回転を防止する回止部を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のキャップ。 - 前記ヒンジ部が、前記複数本の弾性梁のうちの1本の弾性梁に対し前記頭部通過穴を間に挟んだ反対側において前記固定基部と前記覆い部とを繋ぎ、該覆い部を該1本の弾性梁と平行な折返し軸の回りに回動させることを特徴とする請求項1から3のうちのいずれか1項に記載のキャップ。
