チューブ接合装置1は、概説すると、チューブ接合装置1の各部を収納する筐体10と、溶断に際して第1チューブT1と第2チューブT2を挟み込んで互いに押し付けて潰し、溶断後は第1チューブの片側と第2チューブの片側との位置の入れ替えるクランプ部20と、溶断−接合の際にクランプ部20を第1チューブT1および第2チューブT2を挟み込んだ状態にロックするインターロック30と、を有している。さらに、チューブ接合装置1は、図3に示すように、筐体10に挿入されたウェハーカセットWCを収納するウェハーカセット収納部40と、ウェハーWFを加熱して溶断位置へ送り出すウェハー送り部50と、を有している。さらに、チューブ接合装置1は、図1に示すように、使用者Mからの溶断−接合の指示等を受付可能な操作部60と、使用者Mに必要な情報を報知する報知部70と、各部に電力を供給可能な電力供給部80と、各部の動作を統括的に制御する制御部90と、を有している。さらに、チューブ接合装置1は、溶断後の第1チューブT1の片側と第2チューブT2の片側の位置の入れ替える動作(以下、「位置交換動作」と称する)が途中で停止した緊急時に、第2チューブT2の腹膜側(「チューブ」に相当)をクランプして流路を閉塞し、第2チューブT2の腹膜側を筐体10から取外し可能な緊急離脱システム100を備えている。以下、チューブ接合装置1の各部の構成について詳述する。
筐体10は、図1に示すように、略四角錘台状の外形形状を備える上部分11と、上部分11の下に配置される略四角柱状の外形形状を備える下部分12と、を組み合わせたケースによって構成している。以下、筐体10の各部の構成について説明する。
クランプ部20は、図5に示すように、筐体10の底面12aに固定される台座21と、台座21に対して相対的に接近−離反することによって開閉可能に構成された蓋部22と、台座21に設けられるとともに、第1チューブT1および第2チューブT2を保持するチューブ保持部23と、第1チューブT1および第2チューブT2がセットされているか否かを検出可能なチューブ検出センサ24と、蓋部22が台座13に相対的に接近する動作に伴って第1チューブT1と第2チューブT2を互いに押付けて潰すチューブ押し付け部25と、を備えている。以下、クランプ部20の各部の構成について説明する。
インターロック30は、本実施形態では、図10(B)に示すように、電磁駆動式のソレノイドのロッド31により構成している。
ウェハーカセット収納部40は、カセット挿入孔11cから挿入されたウェハーカセットWCを収納する収容部と、ウェハーカセットWC内のウェハーWFの残量を検出可能なウェハー残量検出センサと、を備えている(図示省略)。ウェハー残量検出センサは、例えば、公知のフォトセンサによって構成することができる。
ウェハー送り部50は、ウェハーカセット収納部40内のウェハーカセットWCからウェハーWFを溶断位置まで送り出し可能であるとともに、使用後のウェハーWFを第1台座211と第2台座212の間の隙間21aを介して筐体10の外部へ送り出し可能な駆動部と、溶断に際してウェハーWFを加熱可能なヒータと、使用済みのウェハーWFを冷却可能なファンと、を備えている(図示省略)。
操作部60には、図1に示すように、複数のスイッチ61が設けられている。各スイッチ61を押すことで、使用者Mがチューブ接合装置1に対して、チューブ接合装置1の電源のON/OFFの切り替え指示、溶断−接合開始の指示等を行えるように構成している。
報知部70は、図1、3に示すように、使用者Mに必要な情報を表示する表示部71と、音声によって使用者Mに必要な情報を報知するスピーカ72と、を備えている。報知部70は、電源がONである旨、充電中である旨、溶断−接合中である旨、使用したウェハーWFを取り出し可能である旨、チューブ接合装置1が故障状態にある旨、等を使用者Mに報知する。さらに、報知部70は、ウェハーカセットWCを交換する必要がある旨、ウェハーWFが不良である旨、充電が必要である旨、室温が不適である旨、等を使用者Mに報知する。
電力供給部80は、図1、3に示すように、各部に電力を供給可能なバッテリ81と、バッテリ81を充電するための充電器82と、を備えている。
制御部90は、マイクロコンピュータなどのCPUと、CPUにより実行される装置全体の制御プログラムや各種データを記憶するROMと、ワークエリアとして測定データや各種データを一時的に記憶するRAMとを備えている。
次に、チューブ接合セットSの使用例について説明する。
緊急離脱システム100は、可動側押し付け部25bの動作不良等に起因して、溶断後の第1チューブT1の入替側X1と第2チューブT2の入替側X1との位置交換動作が途中で停止した緊急時に、図21(A)、(B)に示すように、溶断された第2チューブT2の腹膜側(固定側X2)の流路を閉塞して、第2チューブT2の腹膜側の無菌状態を確保したまま第2チューブT2の腹膜側を筐体10から取外し可能とするためのシステムである。

Claims (6)
- 第1部材と第2部材との間にチューブを保持する医療装置に対して取外し可能に設けられるとともに、前記チューブをクランプして前記チューブの流路を閉塞可能なクランプであって、
前記チューブをクランプした状態を維持するロック部と、
前記医療装置の前記第1部材に取外し可能に設けられる第1クランプ部材と、
前記医療装置の前記第2部材に取外し可能に設けられるとともに、前記第1クランプ部材に連結して前記第1クランプ部材とともに前記チューブをクランプ可能な第2クランプ部材と、を備え、
前記第1クランプ部材は、前記第2クランプ部材を収容可能な収容空間を有し、
前記第2クランプ部材は、前記収容空間に収容された状態で前記チューブを挟持する挟持部を有し、
前記チューブを挟持した状態で前記医療装置から取外し可能に構成される、クランプ。 - 前記挟持部は、第1押圧部と第2押圧部で構成される、請求項1に記載のクランプ。
- 前記第1押圧部と前記第2押圧部は、前記第2クランプ部材の本体部の両端において対向するように設けられる、請求項2に記載のクランプ。
- 前記第1クランプ部材は、前記第2クランプ部材の挿入方向に沿って前記収容空間が徐々に狭まるように傾斜するガイド面を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のクランプ。
- 前記第1クランプ部材と前記第2クランプ部材は、分離して構成される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のクランプ。
- 前記医療装置に組み付けられた状態で、前記チューブを保持する保持部を備える請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のクランプ。
