チューブ接合装置1は、概説すると、図1に示すように、チューブ接合装置1の各部を収納する筐体10と、溶断に際して第1チューブT1と第2チューブT2を挟み込んで互いに押し付けて潰し、溶断後は第1チューブの片側と第2チューブの片側との位置の入れ替えるクランプ部20と、溶断−接合の際にクランプ部20を第1チューブT1および第2チューブT2を挟み込んだ状態にロックするインターロック30と、を有している。さらに、チューブ接合装置1は、図3に示すように、筐体10に挿入されたウェハーカセットWCを収納するウェハーカセット収納部40と、ウェハーWFを加熱して溶断位置へ送り出すウェハー送り部50と、を有している。さらに、チューブ接合装置1は、図1に示すように、使用者Mからの溶断−接合の指示等を受付可能な操作部60と、使用者Mに必要な情報を報知する報知部70と、各部に電力を供給可能な電力供給部80と、各部の動作を統括的に制御する制御部90と、を有している。
筐体10は、チューブ接合装置1の各部を収容する機能を備えている。
クランプ部20は、第1チューブT1と第2チューブT2を並置した状態で保持する機能、溶断に際して第1チューブT1と第2チューブT2を互いに押し付けて潰す機能、および、溶断後に第1チューブT1の片側と第2チューブT2の片側との位置の入れ替える機能を備えている。
インターロック30は、溶断−接合の際に、クランプ部20が第1チューブT1および第2チューブT2を挟み込んだ状態にロックする機能を備えている。
ウェハーカセット収納部40は、筐体10に挿入されたウェハーカセットWCを収納する機能、および、ウェハーカセットWC内のウェハーWFの残量を検出する機能を備えている。
ウェハー送り部50は、ウェハーWFを溶断位置まで送り出す機能、溶断に際してウェハーWFを加熱する機能、使用後のウェハーWFを冷却する機能、および、使用後のウェハーWFを筐体10の外部へ送り出す機能を備えている。
操作部60は、使用者Mからチューブ接合装置1への支持を受付ける機能を備えている。
報知部70は、使用者Mに必要な情報を報知する機能を備えている。
電力供給部80は、チューブ接合装置1の各部に電力を供給する機能を備えている。
制御部90は、チューブ接合装置1の各部を統括的に制御する機能を備えている。
ウェハーカセットWCは、図1に示すように、複数枚のウェハーWFを収納している。ウェハーカセットWCは、チューブ接合装置1のカセット挿入孔11cを介して出し入れされる。使用されたウェハーWFは、図4に示すように、第1台座211と第2台座212の間の隙間21aから筐体10の外部へ取り出される。
次に、チューブ接合装置1によって接合される第1チューブT1および第2チューブT2について説明する。

図17は、変形例に係るチューブ接合装置2を示す概略図である。次に、図17を参照して、変形例に係るチューブ接合装置2について説明する。

Claims (6)
- 加熱した板状の切断部材によって第1チューブの端部と第2チューブの端部を溶断した後、前記第1チューブの溶断した端部と前記第2チューブの溶断した端部を入れ替えて無菌状態で接合するチューブ接合装置であって、
筐体と、
前記筐体に対して相対的に接近−離反可能な蓋部と、
前記第1チューブおよび前記第2チューブを保持する保持位置と前記第1チューブおよび前記第2チューブの保持を解除した解除位置との間で移動可能な可動保持部と、
前記蓋部が前記筐体に相対的に接近する動作に伴って、前記可動保持部を前記保持位置から前記解除位置に退避させる解除部と、を有するチューブ接合装置。 - 前記解除部は、前記蓋部に設けられる平坦面と、前記可動保持部から前記蓋部の前記平坦面に向かって突出する突起と、を備える請求項1に記載のチューブ接合装置。
- 前記蓋部が前記筐体から相対的に離反する動作に伴い、前記可動保持部を前記解除位置から前記保持位置に戻す復元部をさらに備える請求項1または請求項2に記載のチューブ接合装置。
- 前記第1チューブおよび前記第2チューブの溶断位置を介して前記可動保持部に対して離間して設けられるとともに、前記第1チューブおよび第2チューブを固定的に保持する固定保持部と、
前記蓋部が閉じた状態で、溶断後の前記第1チューブおよび前記第2チューブにおいて前記可動保持部が保持していた側を挟み込んで位置を入れ替える可動クランプ部と、をさらに備える請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のチューブ接合装置。 - 前記解除部は、前記蓋部が前記筐体に相対的に接近して前記可動クランプ部が前記第1チューブおよび前記第2チューブを挟み込んだ以降に、前記可動保持部を前記保持位置から前記解除位置へ移動させる、請求項4に記載のチューブ接合装置。
- 前記可動保持部は、前記保持位置においては、前記筐体の高さ方向に対して斜め方向に並置した状態で前記第1チューブと前記第2チューブを個別に保持する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のチューブ接合装置。
