Description
前記弁芯は、筒状であって、その両端にそれぞれ第1キャビティと第2キャビティが設置され、前記第2弁口が前記第1キャビティと第2キャビティとの間で開口され、前記弁芯に流通孔が形成されていて、前記流通孔によって前記第1キャビティと前記弁芯の外部空間とが連通される二段式電子膨張弁を提供する。
Claims (9)
- モータと、前記モータの出力端に接続された減速機と、を含み、弁棒外にベローズがカバーされ、前記ベローズは前記弁棒の往復運動によって伸長または収縮される二段式電子膨張弁であって、
前記弁棒に連れて第1弁口の開閉を行い、前記弁棒の下端部と弁芯の内部に設置された第2弁口からなる小流量調節機構が内部に設けられた弁芯をさらに含み、
前記弁芯は筒状であって、その両端にそれぞれ第1キャビティと第2キャビティが設置され、前記第2弁口が前記第1キャビティと第2キャビティとの間で開口され、前記弁芯に流通孔が形成されていて、前記流通孔によって前記第1キャビティと前記弁芯の外部空間とが連通され、
前記第1キャビティと第2キャビティとの間にノーマルオープン装置が設置されて、前記第1キャビティと前記第2キャビティとの間で終始一定の流量を保持し、前記第1キャビティ内に前記ノーマルオープン装置をカバーする第1消音部材がさらに設けられ、
前記第1キャビティ内に第2消音部材が設けられて、前記第1消音部材が第2消音部材と前記第2弁口との間に位置することを特徴とする二段式電子膨張弁。 - 前記第1消音部材は、環状であって、前記ノーマルオープン装置の端面に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二段式電子膨張弁。
- 前記ノーマルオープン装置が、前記弁芯の内部に設けられたノーマルオープン孔であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二段式電子膨張弁。
- 前記第2キャビティ内に第3消音部材が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二段式電子膨張弁。
- 前記弁芯の底部が圧着変形する形態で、前記第3消音部材を前記第2キャビティ内に固定することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二段式電子膨張弁。
- 前記第1キャビティ内に障害部がさらに設けられ、前記弁棒の端部に近い箇所に環状溝が形成され、前記環状溝中に位置決め部材が配置され、前記位置決め部材によって前記弁棒と前記障害部との間で相対運動可能な接続状態を保持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二段式電子膨張弁。
- 前記第1キャビティが前記第2キャビティの上方に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二段式電子膨張弁。
- 前記弁芯の内壁に環状のフランジが設けられ、前記環状のフランジの内孔によって前記第2弁口を形成し、前記ノーマルオープン装置が前記環状のフランジに設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二段式電子膨張弁。
- 前記第3消音部材が積層設置された多層の消音ブロックを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二段式電子膨張弁。
