Description
図1Aおよび図1Bは、本発明の実施形態1に係る粉末材料の粒子断面の拡大写真図である。図1Aの写真図の拡大倍率は1000倍であり、図1Bの写真図の拡大倍率は5000倍である。なお、粉末材料の粒子断面は、たとえば粉末材料を埋め込んだ樹脂を研磨することによって、樹脂の表面に粒子の断面を露出させて観察することができる。
図2Aおよび図2Bは、本発明の実施形態2に係る粉末材料の粒子断面の拡大写真図である。図2Aの写真図の拡大倍率は、1000倍であり、図2Bの写真図の拡大倍率は約5000倍である。
図14Aは、本発明の実施形態4に係る粉末材料の粒子の断面透過電子顕微鏡(TEM:Transmission Electron Microscope)像である。図14Bは、図14Aに示す粒子の最外層の高分解能TEM像である。図14Aの写真図の拡大倍率は、3000倍であり、図14Bの写真図の拡大倍率は、700000倍である。
前述の実施形態において説明した製造方法を用いて、実施例1から実施例3の粉末材料を製造した。具体的には、まず原料として、平均粒径D50が0.4μm以上1.0μm以下のWCの微粒子と、CoにCrを添加した平均粒径D50が5μm以上30μmのCo合金の微粒子を準備した。次に、原料混合工程において、原料準備工程で準備した原料にワックスとして2.0mass%のパラフィン系化合物のn−テトラデカンを加え、アトライタによって混合した。

Claims (12)
- 樹枝状組織を有する粉末材料であって、
前記樹枝状組織は、Wと炭素とを含み、残部がFe、Ni、Co、Crの少なくとも一種から選択される超硬合金組成または4族遷移金属、5族遷移金属、Wを除く6族遷移金属、AlおよびSiの少なくとも一種と、酸素、炭素、および窒素の少なくとも一種とを含み、残部がFe、Ni、Co、およびCrの少なくとも一種から選択されるサーメット組成を有することを特徴とする粉末材料。 - 前記粉末材料は、前記樹枝状組織と、セラミックス粒子とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉末材料。
- 前記セラミックス粒子の形状は、多角形であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の粉末材料。
- 前記超硬合金組成または前記サーメット組成は、4族遷移金属、5族遷移金属、6族遷移金属、およびSi、Alの少なくとも一種と、酸素、炭素、および窒素の少なくとも一種とを少なくとも5at%以上含有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の粉末材料。
- 前記超硬合金組成または前記サーメット組成は、W、Ti、およびSiの少なくとも一種と炭素とを含み、残部がFe、Cr、Ni、およびCoから選択される少なくとも一種であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の粉末材料。
- 最表面に炭素を50at%以上含む膜を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉末材料。
- 前記膜は、表面の接線方向に沿う層状の結晶構造を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の粉末材料。
- 前記膜は、前記樹枝状組織を覆っていることを特徴とする請求項6または請求項7に記載の粉末材料。
- 粒子径が10μm以上200μm以下であり、JIS Z 2502に準拠した流動性が25sec/50g以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の粉末材料。
- 請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の粉末材料を含むことを特徴とする付加製造用粉末材料。
- 請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の粉末材料の製造方法であって、
原料としてセラミックスの微粒子、金属または合金の微粒子、およびワックスを湿式混合して混合物を得る原料混合工程と、
前記混合物を噴霧および乾燥させて混合物粒子を造粒する造粒工程と、
前記混合物粒子の粉末を脱脂した後に、1000℃以上の焼成温度で焼成する焼成工程と、
前記焼成工程で固化された前記混合物粒子の粉末の全体または一部を、熱プラズマ液滴精錬によって瞬時に溶融、凝固させる高温処理工程と、を有することを特徴とする粉末材料の製造方法。 - Wと炭素とを含み、残部がFe、Ni、Co、Crの少なくとも一種から選択される超硬合金組成または4族遷移金属、5族遷移金属、Wを除く6族遷移金属、AlおよびSiの少なくとも一種と、酸素、炭素、および窒素の少なくとも一種とを含み、残部がFe、Ni、Co、およびCrの少なくとも一種から選択されるサーメット組成を有する粉末材料であって、
最表面に炭素を50at%以上含む膜を有することを特徴とする粉末材料。
