Description
熱可塑性樹脂からなるベルト本体の走行面に、長手方向に沿って所定間隔で配置された複数の歯部を有し、該歯部を歯布で被覆してなる樹脂製ベルトであって、
該歯布が、ベルト長手方向に熱可塑性合成樹脂繊維を経糸として用い、且つベルト幅方向にフッ素系樹脂繊維を緯糸として用い、それらの経糸と緯糸を織成してなる織布であり、
前記ベルト長手方向に用いた熱可塑性合成樹脂繊維の織りクリンプは、前記ベルト幅方向に用いたフッ素系樹脂繊維の織りクリンプよりも大きいことを特徴とする樹脂製ベルト。
(請求項2)
前記歯部の歯表面側に露出する前記フッ素系樹脂繊維の割合が単位面積当たり50%以上であり、前記ベルト本体との接合面側に露出する前記フッ素系樹脂繊維の割合が50%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の請求項樹脂製ベルト。

前記ベルト本体がポリウレタンからなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の樹脂製ベルト。
(請求項4)
前記熱可塑性合成樹脂繊維がナイロン繊維、前記フッ素系樹脂繊維がポリテトラフルオロエチレン繊維からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の樹脂製ベルト。
(請求項5)
前記歯布の経方向の引張り伸長率が20%以上60%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の樹脂製ベルト。
(請求項6)
前記ベルト本体と前記歯布とが一体形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の樹脂製ベルト。
(請求項7)
前記歯布を、規格JIS K6372、規格JIS K6373、規格ISO 5296−1又は規格ISO 5296−2に記載の台形歯型ベルトのMXLタイプ、XLタイプ、Lタイプ、Hタイプ、又はXHタイプの何れかの歯面部に一体的に形成してなるか、
又は、規格DIN7721に記載の台形歯型ベルトのT2.5タイプ、T5タイプ、T10タイプ、又はT20タイプの何れかの歯面部に一体的に形成してなることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の樹脂製ベルト。

前記歯布を、特殊台形歯型ベルトのATタイプの歯面部に一体的に形成してなることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の樹脂製ベルト。
(請求項9)
前記歯布を、規格JIS B1857−1又は規格ISO 13050に記載の円弧歯型ベルトのHタイプ、Sタイプ、Pタイプの何れかの歯面部に一体的に形成してなることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の樹脂製ベルト。

前記歯布を、円弧歯型ベルトのMAタイプの歯面部に一体的に形成してなることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の樹脂製ベルト。

前記歯布を、ベルト背面部に一体的に形成してなることを特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れかに記載の樹脂製ベルト。

前記歯布を、ベルト背面部及び歯面部に一体的に形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れかに記載の樹脂製ベルト。
(請求項13)
前記ベルト本体は、スチール線、ステンレス線、アラミド繊維、ガラス繊維、カーボン繊維、ナイロン繊維、ポリエステル繊維又はポリパラフェニレンベンズオキサゾール(PBO)繊維から選ばれる少なくとも一種を、心線として含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜12の何れかに記載の樹脂製ベルト。
図1は、本発明の樹脂製ベルトの一例を示す要部斜視図である。
図1において、樹脂製ベルト1は、ベルト本体2の走行面側に歯部3を有している。歯部3の両側には、歯底4が形成される。歯部3と歯底4の表面には、それらを被覆するように歯布5が設けられている。

特に、ポリ四フッ化エチレン(PTFE)を好ましく用いることができる。但し、PTFEにポリウレタンを混合したものは除く。
本発明の樹脂製ベルトの製造方法は、格別限定されない。例えば、成形型の上に、歯布5、心線7、ベルト本体2を形成する熱可塑性樹脂を順に重ね、加圧下で150℃以上の湿熱下で樹脂を加硫して形成することができる。

- 熱可塑性樹脂からなるベルト本体の走行面に、長手方向に沿って所定間隔で配置された複数の歯部を有し、該歯部を歯布で被覆してなる樹脂製ベルトであって、
該歯布が、ベルト長手方向に熱可塑性合成樹脂繊維を経糸として用い、且つベルト幅方向にフッ素系樹脂繊維を緯糸として用い、それらの経糸と緯糸を織成してなる織布であり、
前記ベルト長手方向に用いた熱可塑性合成樹脂繊維の織りクリンプは、前記ベルト幅方向に用いたフッ素系樹脂繊維の織りクリンプよりも大きいことを特徴とする樹脂製ベルト。 - 前記歯部の歯表面側に露出する前記フッ素系樹脂繊維の割合が単位面積当たり50%以上であり、前記ベルト本体との接合面側に露出する前記フッ素系樹脂繊維の割合が50%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の樹脂製ベルト。
- 前記ベルト本体がポリウレタンからなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の樹脂製ベルト。
