Description
Claims (14)
- マイクロニードルパッチであって、
アレルゲンを個体に注入するように構成された複数のマイクロニードルと、
前記複数のマイクロニードルを支持するパッドとを含み、
前記複数のマイクロニードルは、生分解性マイクロニードルであり、
前記アレルゲンは、前記複数のマイクロニードルに含まれ、前記複数のマイクロニードルの生分解によって前記個体に注入され、
前記アレルゲンは、パッチ当り5μg以上含まれ、
前記アレルゲンは、前記マイクロニードルパッチの製造後に8週期間の経過時点に少なくとも最初のアレルゲン含有量の60%以上で維持される、
マイクロニードルパッチ。 - 前記複数のマイクロニードルは、ヒアルロン酸を含む、請求項1に記載のマイクロニードルパッチ。
- 前記複数のマイクロニードルは、中空のマイクロニードルであり、
前記アレルゲンは、前記パッドに含まれ、前記中空のマイクロニードルを貫通して前記個体に注入される、請求項1に記載のマイクロニードルパッチ。 - 前記アレルゲンは、コナヒョウヒダニ、カビ、花粉、動物の毛、金属、プラスチック、ゴム、薬物、微生物及び食べ物からなる群より選ばれたいずれか一つまたはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1に記載のマイクロニードルパッチ。
- 前記アレルゲンは、コナヒョウヒダニを含む、請求項1に記載のマイクロニードルパッチ。
- 前記コナヒョウヒダニは、D.farinae種である、請求項5に記載のマイクロニードルパッチ。
- 前記複数のマイクロニードルは、前記個体に挿入された後3時間以内に少なくとも90%以上生分解される、請求項1に記載のマイクロニードルパッチ。
- 前記複数のマイクロニードルに含まれたアレルゲンと同一の種類のアレルゲンを含むアレルゲン塗布層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のマイクロニードルパッチ。
- 前記アレルゲン塗布層は、前記複数のマイクロニードルと前記パッドとの間で前記パッドを覆うように形成される、請求項8に記載のマイクロニードルパッチ。
- 前記アレルゲン塗布層は、前記複数のマイクロニードルを覆うように形成される、請求項8に記載のマイクロニードルパッチ。
- 前記複数のマイクロニードルの長さは、200μm以上350μm以下である、請求項1に記載のマイクロニードルパッチ。
- マイクロニードルパッチの製造方法であって、
第1基板上の互いに離隔した複数の地点にアレルゲンを含む粘性組成物をスポッティングする段階と、
前記スポッティングされた複数の粘性組成物に第2基板を接触する段階と、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間の垂直方向距離を相対的に離隔させて前記粘性組成物を引っ張る段階と、
前記引っ張られた粘性組成物を凝固する段階と、
前記凝固された粘性組成物を切断して複数のマイクロニードルを形成する段階とを含み、
前記複数のマイクロニードルは、生分解性マイクロニードルであり、
前記アレルゲンは、前記複数のマイクロニードルに含まれ、前記複数のマイクロニードルの生分解によって個体に注入され、
前記アレルゲンは、パッチ当り5μg以上含まれ、
前記アレルゲンは、前記マイクロニードルパッチの製造後に8週期間の経過時点に少なくとも最初のアレルゲン含有量の60%以上で維持される、
マイクロニードルパッチの製造方法。 - マイクロニードルパッチの製造方法であって、
第1基板及び第2基板上の互いに離隔した複数の地点にアレルゲンを含む粘性組成物をスポッティングする段階と、
前記第1基板にスポッティングされた複数の粘性組成物の位置と前記第2基板にスポッティングされた複数の粘性組成物の位置とが互いに対応するように、前記第1基板及び前記第2基板をアラインする段階と、
前記第1基板にスポッティングされた複数の粘性組成物に前記第2基板にスポッティングされた複数の粘性組成物を接触する段階と、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間の垂直方向距離を相対的に離隔させて前記粘性組成物を引っ張る段階と、
前記引っ張られた粘性組成物を凝固する段階と、
前記凝固された粘性組成物を切断して複数のマイクロニードルを形成する段階とを含み、
前記複数のマイクロニードルは、生分解性マイクロニードルであり、
前記アレルゲンは、前記複数のマイクロニードルに含まれ、前記複数のマイクロニードルの生分解によって個体に注入され、
前記アレルゲンは、パッチ当り5μg以上含まれ、
前記アレルゲンは、前記マイクロニードルパッチの製造後に8週期間の経過時点に少なくとも最初のアレルゲン含有量の60%以上で維持される、
マイクロニードルパッチの製造方法。 - 請求項12または請求項13に記載のマイクロニードルパッチの製造方法において、
前記形成されたマイクロニードルに前記アレルゲンと同一の種類のアレルゲンを含む組成物を塗布する段階をさらに含む、マイクロニードルパッチの製造方法。
