Description
エンジン回転数制御部は、変速制御部によりトランスミッションの強制1速が解除されると、エンジンの回転数の制限を解除してもよい。この場合には、アクセル開度に応じたエンジンの回転数が確保されるようになる。
Claims (6)
- エンジンの回転がトランスミッションに伝わって車輪が回転する産業車両のスイッチバック制御装置において、
前記トランスミッションを前進、後進及び中立の何れかの状態に切換操作する前後進レバーの位置を検出する前後進レバースイッチと、
前記産業車両の車速を絶対値として検出する車速検出部と、
前記前後進レバースイッチにより前記前後進レバーが前進位置から後進位置に切り換えられたことが検知された場合は、前記車速検出部により検出された車速が1速から2速へのシフトアップ車速よりも低い閾値以上であるときに、前記トランスミッションを強制的に後進1速に設定し、その後前記トランスミッションの強制1速を解除し、前記前後進レバースイッチにより前記前後進レバーが後進位置から前進位置に切り換えられたことが検知された場合は、前記車速検出部により検出された車速が前記閾値以上であるときに、前記トランスミッションを強制的に前進1速に設定し、その後前記トランスミッションの強制1速を解除する変速制御部とを備えることを特徴とする産業車両のスイッチバック制御装置。 - 前記前後進レバースイッチにより前記前後進レバーが前進位置から後進位置または後進位置から前進位置に切り換えられたことが検知された場合は、前記車速検出部により検出された車速が前記閾値以上であるときに、前記エンジンの回転数を前記閾値に対応する回転数よりも低い目標回転数に向けて制限するエンジン回転数制御部を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の産業車両のスイッチバック制御装置。
- 前記エンジン回転数制御部は、前記エンジンの回転数を前記目標回転数に向けて徐々に制限することを特徴とする請求項2記載の産業車両のスイッチバック制御装置。
- 前記エンジン回転数制御部は、前記変速制御部により前記トランスミッションの強制1速が解除されると、前記エンジンの回転数の制限を解除することを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の産業車両のスイッチバック制御装置。
- 前記変速制御部は、前記車速検出部により検出された車速が前記閾値よりも低い状態が所定時間連続したときに、前記トランスミッションの強制1速を解除することを特徴とする請求項2〜4の何れか一項記載の産業車両のスイッチバック制御装置。
- 前記変速制御部は、前記前後進レバースイッチにより前記前後進レバーが前進位置から後進位置に切り換えられたことが検知された場合は、前記前後進レバースイッチにより前記前後進レバーが後進位置にある状態が所定時間連続したことが検知されたときに、前記トランスミッションの強制1速を解除し、前記前後進レバースイッチにより前記前後進レバーが後進位置から前進位置に切り換えられたことが検知された場合は、前記前後進レバースイッチにより前記前後進レバーが前進位置にある状態が所定時間連続したことが検知されたときに、前記トランスミッションの強制1速を解除することを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項記載の産業車両のスイッチバック制御装置。
