Description
以下、本発明の一態様に係る蓄電装置について、具体的に説明する。
実施の形態1では4端子の蓄電池を例に示したが、本実施の形態では3端子の蓄電池の例を示す。なお、図1と同じ個所には同じ符号を用いて説明する。
本実施の形態は、二次電池の作製方法の一例について以下に説明する。
本実施の形態では、実施の形態3と一部異なる作製方法で固体二次電池を作製する例を図5を用いて説明する。
本実施の形態では、実施の形態1乃至4に示した二次電池を組み込んだ電子機器の一例を示す。

Claims (3)
- 第1乃至第4の端子と、第1乃至第4の電極と、第1のスイッチと、第2のスイッチと、を有し、
前記第1の電極は正極であり、
前記第2の電極は負極であり、
前記第3の電極及び前記第4の電極は、前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間に位置し、
前記第1の端子は、前記第1の電極と同電位であり、
前記第2の端子は、前記第2の電極と同電位であり、
前記第3の端子は、前記第3の電極と電気的に接続され、
前記第4の端子は、前記第4の電極と電気的に接続され、
前記第1のスイッチは、前記第1の端子と前記第3の端子との間に設けられ、
前記第2のスイッチは、前記第2の端子と前記第4の端子との間に設けられ、
前記第1のスイッチをオン状態としたとき、前記第1の端子と前記第3の端子とが同電位となり、
前記第2のスイッチをオン状態としたとき、前記第2の端子と前記第4の端子とが同電位となる、蓄電装置。 - 第1乃至第4の端子と、第1乃至第4の電極と、第1のスイッチと、第2のスイッチと、有機樹脂層と、を有し、
前記第1の電極は正極であり、
前記第2の電極は負極であり、
前記第3の電極及び前記第4の電極は、前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間に位置し、
前記有機樹脂層は、前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間に設けられ、
前記第3の電極及び前記第4の電極は、前記有機樹脂層中に設けられ、
前記第1の端子は、前記第1の電極と同電位であり、
前記第2の端子は、前記第2の電極と同電位であり、
前記第3の端子は、前記第3の電極と電気的に接続され、
前記第4の端子は、前記第4の電極と電気的に接続され、
前記第1のスイッチは、前記第1の端子と前記第3の端子との間に設けられ、
前記第2のスイッチは、前記第2の端子と前記第4の端子との間に設けられ、
前記第1のスイッチをオン状態としたとき、前記第1の端子と前記第3の端子とが同電位となり、
前記第2のスイッチをオン状態としたとき、前記第2の端子と前記第4の端子とが同電位となる、蓄電装置。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記第3の電極および前記第4の電極の少なくとも一つに蓄電装置の自己放電を阻害する信号を印加して、前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間の電界を変化させる、蓄電装置。
