Description
Claims (6)
- 消防署の車庫の床に形成されたガイド溝の内側に挿入設置するベースフレームと、
前記ベースフレームの上部に上下方向にスライド移動可能に連結設置される昇降フレームと、
前記昇降フレームの上端に回転可能にヒンジで連結設置し、内側に空間部を有する筒形状を有し、かつ一側には吸入孔が形成された吸込フードと、
長手方向の一端は前記吸込フードに連通結合し、他端は前記車庫の外部に配置されるように設置し、前記車庫内の消防車両の排気ガスを前記車庫の外部に排出されるようにガイドする排出配管部と、
前記排出配管部に連結設置され、前記排気ガスが前記排出配管部を介して前記車庫の外部に排出されるように吸入力を発生させる排出ファンと、
前記ベースフレームに設置された状態で前記昇降フレームと連結され、前記昇降フレームが上下方向にスライド移動するように駆動力を発生させる昇降駆動手段と、
長手方向の一端は前記ベースフレームに連結され、長手方向の他端は前記吸込フードの他側に連結されて、前記昇降駆動手段によって前記昇降フレームが上昇するときに、前記吸込フードが前記ヒンジ部分を軸として回転しながら、前記吸込フードの吸入孔部分が前記消防車両の排気口の方向に向かうようにする回転連結部材と、
前記車庫の床に結合設置し、前記消防車両の排気口が前記吸込フードの上方前側に隣接するように停車配置された状態で前記消防車両の車輪を係止させる停車固定台と、
前記停車固定台に設置し、前記消防車両の前記停車固定台への停車の有無を感知する停車感知センサと、
前記ガイド溝に挿入設置され、前記消防車両の前記停車固定台の方向への進入の有無を感知する車両感知センサと、
前記排出ファン、前記昇降駆動手段、前記停車感知センサ及び前記車両感知センサと電気的に接続設置され、前記停車感知センサ及び前記車両感知センサの信号に応じて前記排出ファンと前記昇降駆動手段の作動を制御するか、または前記停車感知センサ及び前記車両感知センサの信号に関係なく使用者が前記排出ファンと前記昇降駆動手段の作動を制御できるようにする制御部とを含む、消防署内の消防車排気ガス排出装置。 - 前記吸込フードの一側には、前記吸入孔を介した前記排気ガス以外の異物の流入を遮断するように網構造を有するフィルター板がさらに結合具備された、請求項1に記載の消防署内の消防車排気ガス排出装置。
- 前記排出配管部は、
長手方向の一端を前記吸込フードの空間部に連通するように結合し、長さが伸縮可能なように可撓性構造を有する連結配管と、
長手方向の一端は、前記連結配管の長手方向の他端に連結結合し、長手方向の他端は、前記車庫の外部に延長配置して、前記吸込フードから前記連結配管に流入した前記排気ガスを前記車庫の外部に排出されるようにガイドする排出配管と、
長手方向の一端は前記排出配管の一側に連結結合し、長手方向の他端は前記車庫の天井に隣接した状態で延びるように配置して、前記車庫内に浮遊する前記排気ガスが前記排出配管に移送されるようにガイドする室内連結配管とを含む、請求項1に記載の消防署内の消防車排気ガス排出装置。 - 前記昇降駆動手段は、前記ベースフレームに垂直に配置された状態で結合設置され、ロッドの端部が前記昇降フレームに連結結合されるシリンダーである、請求項1に記載の消防署内の消防車排気ガス排出装置。
- 前記回転連結部材はワイヤー部材である、請求項1に記載の消防署内の消防車排気ガス排出装置。
- 前記回転連結部材はコイルスプリングである、請求項1に記載の消防署内の消防車排気ガス排出装置。
