Description
ディスプレイ画面、コネクタ、カバー・プレート、およびブラケットを提供することであって、ディスプレイ画面は、ディスプレイ領域と、非ディスプレイ領域とを含み、コネクタは、第1の接合部分と、第2の接合部分と、第3の接合部分とを含む、提供すること、
第1の接合部分をカバー・プレートの下面に結合すること、
カバー・プレートの下面をディスプレイ画面の頂面に位置付けて、第1の接合部分がディスプレイ画面の頂面上で支えられるようにすることであって、第1の接合部分は、非ディスプレイ領域に対応し、かつディスプレイ領域は、第1の接合部分の外に露出される、位置付けること、
第2の接合部分を曲げて、第2の接合部分がディスプレイ画面の側壁に向き合うようにすること、
第2の接合部分および第3の接合部分をブラケットの穴に通して、第2の接合部分がブラケットの頂部分と底部分を通り抜けるようにすること、
ディスプレイ画面の下面をブラケットの頂部分に結合すること、および
第3の接合部分を曲げ、かつブラケットの底部分に結合することを含む。
Claims (12)
- カバー・プレート(30)と、
第1の接合部分(21)と、前記第1の接合部分(21)の端部から曲がる第2の接合部分(22)と、前記第2の接合部分(22)から曲がる第3の接合部分(23)とを備えるコネクタ(20)であって、前記第1の接合部分(21)の上面全体は、接着剤を介して前記カバー・プレート(30)の下面(31)に直接結合される、コネクタ(20)と、
ディスプレイ領域(14)と、前記ディスプレイ領域(14)を囲む非ディスプレイ領域(15)とを備え、前記カバー・プレート(30)の前記下面(31)に接合された頂面(11)を有するディスプレイ画面(10)であって、前記第1の接合部分(21)は、前記ディスプレイ画面(10)の前記頂面(11)上で支えられ、かつ前記非ディスプレイ領域(15)に対応し、前記ディスプレイ領域(14)は、前記第1の接合部分(21)の外に露出され、前記第2の接合部分(22)は、前記ディスプレイ画面(10)の側壁(13)に向き合う、ディスプレイ画面(10)と、
上部分(41)と、前記上部分(41)と反対側の底部分(43)とを備えるブラケット(40)であって、前記上部分(41)は、前記ディスプレイ画面(10)の底面(12)に接合され、前記第2の接合部分(22)は、前記上部分(41)と前記底部分(43)を通り抜け、前記第3の接合部分(23)は、前記底部分(43)に接する、ブラケット(40)とを備えるディスプレイ画面組立品(1000)。 - 前記ディスプレイ画面(10)は、有機発光ダイオード・フレキシブル画面を備える、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ画面組立品(1000)。
- 前記コネクタ(20)は、薄膜、金属シート、およびプラスチック・シートのうちのいずれか1つを備える、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ画面組立品(1000)。
- 前記第1の接合部分(21)は、前記非ディスプレイ領域(15)のすべてを覆う、または
前記第1の接合部分(21)は、前記非ディスプレイ領域(15)の一部を覆う、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ画面組立品(1000)。 - 前記第2の接合部分(22)は、前記ディスプレイ画面(10)の前記側壁(13)に接合される、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ画面組立品(1000)。
- 前記第2の接合部分(22)は、接着することを手段として前記ディスプレイ画面(10)の前記側壁(13)に接合される、請求項5に記載のディスプレイ画面組立品(1000)。
- 前記第3の接合部分(23)は、接着することを手段として前記底部分(43)に接合される、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ画面組立品(1000)。
- 前記ディスプレイ画面(10)の前記頂面(11)は、前記カバー・プレート(30)の前記下面(31)にフルラミネーション様態で接合される、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ画面組立品(1000)。
- 前記ディスプレイ画面(10)の前記頂面(11)は、光学的に透明な接着剤を手段として前記カバー・プレート(30)の前記下面(31)に接着される、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ画面組立品(1000)。
- 前記カバー・プレート(30)は、タッチスクリーン・カバー・プレートとして構成される、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ画面組立品(1000)。
- 前記ブラケット(40)は、前記上部分(41)の端部から上向きに延びる側壁(42)を備える、ディスプレイ画面組立品(1000)であって、
装飾筐体(70)をさらに備え、前記装飾筐体(70)は、前記ブラケット(40)の前記側壁(42)に配置され、かつ前記カバー・プレート(30)および前記ディスプレイ画面(10)を囲む、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ画面組立品(1000)。 - 前記装飾筐体(70)は、インモールド射出成形を手段として前記ブラケット(40)に接合される、請求項11に記載のディスプレイ画面組立品(1000)。
