Description

装飾エンクロージャおよびカバープレートをインモールド射出成形することで、装飾エンクロージャをカバープレートに固定的に結合させるステップであって、カバープレートは、その側壁に溝を有し、装飾エンクロージャは、互いに結合した第1の接合部および第2の接合部を含み、第1の接合部が溝に収容されるステップと、
表示画面の上面をカバープレートの下面に十分に積層するステップと、
ブラケットの側壁を装飾エンクロージャに固定的に結合させ、ブラケットの底壁を表示画面の下方に配置するステップと
を含む。
Claims (11)
- 底壁(122)と、該底壁(122)から曲がった側壁(124)とを有するブラケット(12)と、
上面(144)および下面(146)を有する表示画面(14)であって、該表示画面(14)の前記下面(146)は、前記ブラケット(12)の前記底壁(122)上に設けられ、該表示画面(14)と前記ブラケット(12)の前記側壁(124)とは、前記ブラケット(12)の前記底壁(122)の2つの反対向きの面にそれぞれ配置されている表示画面(14)と、
前記表示画面(14)の前記上面(144)に接合された下面(162)を有するカバープレート(16)であって、該カバープレート(16)の側壁に溝(164)を有しているカバープレート(16)と、
互いに結合した第1の接合部(182)および第2の接合部(184)を備えており、前記第1の接合部(182)は、前記溝(164)に受け入れられ、前記第2の接合部(184)は、前記ブラケット(12)の前記側壁(124)に接合されている装飾エンクロージャ(18)と
を備え、
前記カバープレート(16)の前記下面(162)に、黒色インクの縁がスクリーン印刷され、前記表示画面(14)の前記上面(144)は、非表示領域(142)を定めており、前記黒色インクの縁は、該非表示領域(142)を遮蔽し、
前記第1の接合部(182)が前記カバープレート(16)の前記黒色インクの縁の一部を覆う、表示画面アセンブリ(10)。 - 前記第2の接合部(184)は、接着、ねじ込み、スナップ嵌合、および溶接のうちの1つまたはいくつかの組み合わせによって前記ブラケット(12)の前記側壁(124)に接合されている、請求項1に記載の表示画面アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記装飾エンクロージャ(18)は、インモールド射出成形によって前記カバープレート(16)に接合されている、請求項1に記載の表示画面アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記表示画面(14)の前記上面(144)は、フルラミネーション方式で前記カバープレート(16)の前記下面(162)に接合されている、請求項1に記載の表示画面アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記表示画面(14)の前記上面(144)は、光学的に透明な接着剤(OCA)によって前記カバープレート(16)の前記下面(162)に積層されている、請求項1に記載の表示画面アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記表示画面(14)の前記下面(146)は、粘着の様相で前記ブラケット(12)の前記底壁(122)に接合されている、請求項1に記載の表示画面アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記カバープレート(16)は、タッチ画面カバープレートとして構成されている、請求項1に記載の表示画面アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記装飾エンクロージャ(18)の外面は、円弧状の表面として構成されている、請求項1に記載の表示画面アセンブリ(10)。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の表示画面アセンブリ(10)と、該表示画面アセンブリ(10)に結合した後部カバー(20)とを備える電子機器(100)。
- 前記後部カバー(20)は、前記装飾エンクロージャ(18)に嵌め合わせられている、請求項9に記載の電子機器(100)。
- 前記装飾エンクロージャ(18)は、該装飾エンクロージャ(18)の側面にボス(186)を備えており、前記後部カバー(20)は、前記ボス(186)に対応する溝(22)を有し、前記ボス(186)は、前記後部カバー(20)の前記溝(22)に嵌め込まれて前記後部カバー(20)を前記装飾エンクロージャ(18)に結合させるように構成されている、請求項10に記載の電子機器(100)。
