Description
b1)1.6〜2.4の官能基数、60〜140mg KOH/gのヒドロキシル価を有する、前記ポリエーテルポリオール組成物の理論上計算された合計モル数に対して、30〜40mol%の量の第一ポリエーテルポリオール、
b2)7.6〜8.4の官能基数、480〜560mg KOH/gのヒドロキシル価を有する、前記ポリエーテルポリオール組成物の理論上計算された合計モル数に対して、35〜55mol%の量の第二ポリエーテルポリオール、および
b3)3.6〜4.4の官能基数、290〜370mg KOH/gのヒドロキシル価を有する、前記ポリエーテルポリオール組成物の理論上計算された合計モル数に対して、13〜27mol%の量の、ジフェニルメタンジアミンおよび/またはトルエンジアミンに由来するポリエーテルポリオールから選択される第三ポリエーテルポリオール
を含んでなる。
A)1種以上のポリイソシアネートを含むイソシアネート成分;
B)ポリエーテルポリオール組成物を含むイソシアネート反応性成分であって、当該ポリエーテルポリオール組成物が、
b1)1.6〜2.4の官能基数、60〜140mg KOH/gのヒドロキシル価を有する、前記ポリエーテルポリオール組成物の理論上計算された合計モル数に対して、30〜40mol%の量の第一ポリエーテルポリオール、
b2)7.6〜8.4の官能基数、480〜560mg KOH/gのヒドロキシル価を有する、前記ポリエーテルポリオール組成物の理論上計算された合計モル数に対して、35〜55mol%の量の第二ポリエーテルポリオール、および
b3)3.6〜4.4の官能基数、290〜370mg KOH/gのヒドロキシル価を有する、前記ポリエーテルポリオール組成物の理論上計算された合計モル数に対して、13〜27mol%の量の、ジフェニルメタンジアミンおよび/またはトルエンジアミンに由来するポリエーテルポリオールから選択される第三ポリエーテルポリオール
を含んでなるものである、イソシアネート反応性成分および
C)起泡剤、
を含んでなる反応性ポリウレタン組成物を提供する。
i)金型内でシェルを提供すること
ii)金型を閉じること
iii)金型内の前記シェル中に本発明の反応性ポリウレタン組成物を射出すること
iv)反応性ポリウレタン組成物を発泡させること
v)シェルおよびポリウレタンフォームを含む生成したポリウレタン複合材を金型から取り出すこと
を含む不連続方法によって調製されたポリウレタン複合材を提供する。
ポリオール1:2の官能基数および100mg KOH/gのヒドロキシル価を有する、開始剤としてのプロピレングリコールを有する、プロピレンオキシドに基づくポリエーテルポリオール;
ポリオール2:8の官能基数および525mg KOH/gのヒドロキシル価を有する、開始剤としての蔗糖を有する、プロピレンオキシドに基づくポリエーテルポリオール;
ポリオール3:4の官能基数および345mg KOH/gのヒドロキシル価を有する、開始剤としてのo−TDAを有する、プロピレンオキシドに基づくポリエーテルポリオール;
Yoke TCPP:Jiangsu Yoke Technology Co.,Ltd.より購入した難燃剤、トリス(2−クロロイソプロピル)ホスフェート;
Niax L6920:Momentive Performance Materials(China)Co.,Ltd.より購入した泡安定剤;
Dabco Polycat 41:Air Products and Chemicals(China)Co.,Ltd.より購入したポリウレタン合成触媒;
Dabco Polycat PC8:Air Products and Chemicals(China)Co.,Ltd.より購入したポリウレタン合成触媒;
Desmodur(商標)44V20L:Covestro Polymers(China)Co.,Ltd.より購入した31.5重量%のNCO含有量を有するポリマーMDI。
予め組み立てた中空シェル部品(パネル状)を金型内に設置し、金型を閉じた。中空シェル部材を、その表面材料の表面温度が30〜45℃に到達するまで金型内で予め加熱した。
シクロペンタンおよび合わせたポリエーテル原料(即ち、イソシアネートおよびシクロペンタン以外の表1に列挙された全ての成分)を徹底的に混合し、ここでシクロペンタンの合わせたポリエーテルに対する混合重量比は12:100、15:100、18:100、および21:100であった。よく混合した後に溶液を透明な管で密封し、72時間室温(20℃)で放置して観察した。管中の溶液が透明性を示した場合、それは優れた親和性を表し;管中の溶液が若干の混濁を示した場合、それは良い親和性を表し;一方で管中の溶液がひどい混濁、2相または複数相の分離を示した場合、それは悪い親和性を表す。表1中の試験結果は処方物1、2および3の親和性がそれぞれ悪い、良い、優れることを示す。
300×300×100nmの金型を、金型温度を40℃に調節して使用し、金型のフォーム全体の密度は55kg/m3であった。表2中の成分(合計量=495g)を混合し、次に金型中に置かれた段ボール箱に配置した。金型を固く閉じた。発泡反応は金型内で行われた。成分を混合し始めてから20分後に金型を開け、発泡した成形品を取り出した。発泡した成形品の中央部にて最大の膨張の高さを測定した。膨張の高さが大きければ大きいほど、離型性が悪かった。一般に、1.0〜3.5mmの膨張の高さが良好な離型性能を示す。試験結果は下記の表2に示す。
L字形の金型を、金型温度を40℃に調節して使用し、金型の内面を離型剤で均一にコーティングした。金型のフォーム全体の密度は55kg/m3であった。表1中の処方物を混合し、その後金型内に配置した。金型を閉じ、発泡反応を金型内で行った。成分を混合し始めてから30分後に金型を開け、発泡した成形品を取り出した。

Claims (5)
- ポリエーテルポリオール組成物を含んでなるイソシアネート反応性成分B)であって、該ポリエーテルポリオール組成物が、
b1)前記ポリエーテルポリオール組成物の理論上計算された合計モル数に対して、30〜40mol%の量の第一ポリエーテルポリオールであって、1.6〜2.4の官能基数および60〜140mg KOH/gのヒドロキシル価を有する第一ポリエーテルポリオール、
b2)前記ポリエーテルポリオール組成物の理論上計算された合計モル数に対して、35〜55mol%の量の第二ポリエーテルポリオールであって、7.6〜8.4の官能基数および480〜560mg KOH/gのヒドロキシル価を有する第二ポリエーテルポリオール、並びに
b3)前記ポリエーテルポリオール組成物の理論上計算された合計モル数に対して、13〜27mol%の量の、ジフェニルメタンジアミンおよび/またはトルエンジアミンに由来するポリエーテルポリオールから選択される第三ポリエーテルポリオールであって、3.6〜4.4の官能基数および290〜370mg KOH/gのヒドロキシル価を有する第三ポリエーテルポリオール、
を含んでなる、イソシアネート反応性成分B)。 - 良好かつ平面的な表面外観を有するポリウレタンフォームの製造に有用な反応性ポリウレタン組成物であって、
1種以上のポリイソシアネートを含むイソシアネート成分A);
請求項1に記載のイソシアネート反応性成分B);および
起泡剤C)、
を含んでなる、反応性ポリウレタン組成物。 - 請求項2に記載の反応性ポリウレタン組成物の反応により得られる、ポリウレタンフォーム。
- シェルおよびその中のポリウレタンフォームを含むポリウレタン複合材を製造するための不連続方法であって、以下の工程:
i)金型内でシェルを提供する工程
ii)金型を閉じる工程
iii)金型内の前記シェル中に請求項2に記載の反応性ポリウレタン組成物を射出する工程
iv)反応性ポリウレタン組成物を発泡させる工程
v)シェルおよびポリウレタンフォームを含む生成したポリウレタン複合材を金型から取り出す工程
を含んでなる、不連続方法。 - 請求項4に記載の不連続方法により製造されるポリウレタン複合材の使用であって、前記ポリウレタン複合材が、コンテナの天井パネル、側面パネル、底部パネルまたはドアパネル;組立住宅の天井パネル、側面パネル、底部パネルまたはドアパネル;冷蔵倉庫の天井パネル、側面パネル、底部パネルまたはドアパネル;空調の断熱パネル;および断熱管路から選択される、使用。
