Claims (25)
- 縦軸線(38;380)と、第1のねじ山構造(34,35;3320,3330)と、遠位端と、近位端とを有するステム(31;310)を有するロッド要素(3;30)と、
放出口(62;620)と、第2のねじ山構造(65;650)と、遠位端、近位端及び中空内部を有するチャンバー本体(61;610)とを備える投薬部材(6;60)とを含み、
前記ロッド要素(3;30)のステム(31;310)は前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記チャンバー本体(61;610)の内部内に延在し、前記放出口(62;620)は前記ロッド要素(3;30)のステム(31;310)の近位端に隣接して配置されている医薬送達装置(1;10)であって、
前記医薬送達装置(1;10)の投薬量設定状態では、
互いに沿って移動する、前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記ステム(31;310)の前記第1のねじ山構造(34,35;3320,3330)と前記第2のねじ山構造(65;650)とによって、前記ロッド要素(3;30)は、その縦軸線(38;380)に沿って前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記放出口(62;620)に対して移動可能であり、投薬チャンバー(611;6110)が、前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記ステム(31;310)と前記放出口(62;620)との間、前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記チャンバー本体(61;610)の内部に形成され、前記投薬チャンバー(611;6110)は、前記ロッド要素(3;30)が前記放出口(62;620)から離れる際に大きくなる、医薬送達装置であり、
前記医薬送達装置(1;10)を投薬量設定状態から送達状態に変更するための切替機構(4,34,35;40,330,510)を備え、
前記切替機構(4,34,35;40,330,510)は、係合解除構造(34,411;3320,3340,4120)を備え、
前記医薬送達装置(1;10)の投薬量設定状態では、
前記第1のねじ山構造(34,35;3320,3330)と前記第2のねじ山構造(65;650)との間の係合によって、前記ロッド要素(3;30)に軸力を加えることにより前記ロッド要素(3;30)を前記縦軸線(38;380)に沿って動かすことが防止され、また、
前記医薬送達装置(1;10)の送達状態では、
前記ロッド要素(3;30)は、軸力を前記ロッド要素(3;30)に加えることによって、前記縦軸線(38;380)に沿って前記放出口(62;620)に対して移動可能であり、かつ、
前記医薬送達装置を前記投薬量設定状態から前記送達状態に変更する際、前記第1のねじ山構造(34,35;3320,3330)を前記第2のねじ山構造(65;650)から係合解除することによって、前記ロッド要素(3;30)のステム(31;310)の前記第1のねじ山構造(34,35;3320,3330)及び前記第2のねじ山構造(65;650)を互いに沿って移動させることにより前記ロッド要素(3;30)を前記縦軸線(38;380)に沿って動かすことが防止されることを特徴とする、
医薬送達装置(1;10)。 - 前記切替機構(4,34,35;40,330,510)の前記係合解除構造(34,411;3320,3340,4120)が、傾斜面(4120)によって境界が定めれられる窪み(4110)を有する解放シェル(41;410)を備え、
ステム(31;310)の前記第1のねじ山構造(34,35;3320,3330)が、前記解放シェル(41;410)の窪み(4110)内に位置するハンプ(3340)を有し、かつ、
前記切替機構(4,34,35;40,330,510)が、前記解放シェル(41;410)の傾斜面(4120)が前記第1のねじ山構造(34,35;3320,3330)の前記ハンプ(3340)に作用し、それにより前記第1のねじ山構造(34,35;3320,3330)を前記第2のねじ山構造(65;650)から係合を解除するように、投薬量設定状態から送達状態へと医薬送達装置(1;10)を切り替える際に前記解放シェル(41;410)を回転させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の医薬送達装置(1;10)。 - 前記第2のねじ山構造(65;650)が前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記チャンバー本体(61;610)の外表面に配置され、前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記第1のねじ山構造(34,35;3320,3330)が、前記ステム(31;310)の下に延びるアーム部(34;3320)を備え、また、前記医薬送達装置の投薬量設定状態では、前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記第1のねじ山構造(34,35;3320,3330)がアーム部(34;3320)を介して前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記第2のねじ山構造(65;650)に係合する、請求項1又は2に記載の医薬送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記ハンプ(3340)が前記第1のねじ山構造(34,35;3320,3330)の前記アーム部(34;3320)に配置され、前記医薬送達装置(1;10)を前記投薬量設定状態から前記送達状態に切り替えるときに前記解放シェル(41;410)を回転させると、前記解放シェル(41;410)の前記傾斜面(4120)が前記第1のねじ山構造(34,35;3320,3330)の前記アーム部(34;3320)を持ち上げる、請求項2を引用する請求項3に記載の医薬送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記第1のねじ山構造(34,35;3320,3330)が、少なくとも1つのピン(35;3330)を有するピン構造(34,35;3320,3330)であり、前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記第2のねじ山構造(65;650)はねじ山を備え、前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記第1のねじ山構造(34,35;3320,3330)が、前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記第2のねじ山構造(65;650)のねじ山内に位置する、前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記ピン構造(34,35;3320,3330)の少なくとも1つのピン(35;3330)によって、前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記第2のねじ山構造(65;650)に係合する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の医薬送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記医薬送達装置(1;10)が、投薬量設定アクティベーター(5;50)を備え、前記投薬部材(6;60)が第1の連結構造を有し、前記投薬量設定アクティベーター(5;50)が、前記第1の連結構造(66;660)に対応する第2の連結構造(52;5250)を有し、前記投薬量設定アクティベーター(5;50)は、前記第2の連結構造(52;5250)が前記第1の連結構造に取り付けられている場合、前記投薬部材(6;60)にトルク抵抗性に接続されている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の医薬送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記切替機構(4,34,35;40,330,510)が、前記投薬量設定アクティベーター(5;50)に位置する第1の転向誘発部(5130)と、前記解放シェル(41;410)に位置する第2の転向誘発部(4210)とを備え、前記第1の転向誘発部(5130)と前記第2の転向誘発部(4210)が、前記投薬量設定アクティベーター(5;50)が前記投薬部材(6;60)から取り外されるときに相互に作用し、その結果解放シェル(41;410)が回転し、前記医薬送達装置(1;10)が前記投薬量設定状態から前記送達状態に切り替わる、請求項2を引用する請求項6に記載の医薬送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記第1の転向誘発部(5130)が前記投薬量設定アクティベーター(5;50)の第1の傾斜路(5310)であり、前記第2の転向誘発部(4210)が前記解放シェル(41;410)の第2の傾斜路(4120)である、請求項7に記載の医薬送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記投薬量設定アクティベーター(5;50)を前記投薬部材(6;60)に対して軸方向に動かすことによって,前記投薬量設定アクティベーター(5;50)が前記投薬部材(6;60)から取り外し可能である、請求項7又は8に記載の医薬送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記投薬量設定アクティベーター(5;50)が、所定の位置に容器(8;80)を保持するための容器座部(53;5230,5250,5320)を備える、請求項6から9のいずれか一項に記載の医薬送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記放出口(62;620)が前記投薬量設定アクティベーター(5;50)の前記容器座部(53;5230,5250,5320)を前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記投薬チャンバー(611;6110)に接続し、その結果、前記容器(8;80)が前記投薬量設定アクティベーター(5;50)の前記容器座部(53;5230,5250,5320)に配置されたときに前記容器(8;80)の内部と前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記投薬チャンバー(611;6110)の内部との間に開口ダクトが形成される、請求項10に記載の医薬送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記投薬量設定アクティベーター(5;50)の前記容器座部(53;5230,5250,5320)が、前記容器(8;80)が前記投薬量設定アクティベーター(5;50)の前記容器座部(53;5230,5250,5320)に配置されたときに前記容器(8;80)のキャップを貫通するスパイク(532;5260)を備える、請求項10又は11に記載の医薬送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記投薬量設定アクティベーター(5;50)が、前記投薬量設定アクティベーター(5;50)の前記第2の連結構造(52;5250)が前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記第1の連結構造(66;660)に取り付けられているときに前記投薬部材(6;60)の放出口(62;620)を塞ぐ放出口シール(54;540)を備える、請求項6から12のいずれか一項に記載の医薬送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記容器(8;80)が前記投薬量設定アクティベーター(5;50)の前記容器座部(53;5230,5250,5320)に配置され、かつ、前記ロッド要素(3;30)と前記投薬部材(6;60)が互いに対して第1の方向に回転するとき、流体が前記容器(8;80)から前記放出口(62;620)を通って前記投薬チャンバー(611;6110)に移される、請求項6から13のいずれか一項に記載の医薬送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記容器(8;80)が前記投薬量設定アクティベーター(5;50)の前記容器座部(53;5230,5250,5320)に配置され、かつ、前記ロッド要素(3;30)と前記投薬部材(6;60)が互いに対して前記第1の方向と反対の第2の方向に回転するとき、流体が前記投薬チャンバー(611;6110)から前記放出口(62;620)を通って前記容器(8;80)に移される、請求項14に記載の医薬送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記医薬送達装置(1;10)の前記投薬量設定状態では、前記投薬部材(6;60)が前記ロッド要素(3;30)について回転可能であり、その結果、前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記第1のねじ山構造(34,35;3320,3330)と前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記第2のねじ山構造(65;650)が互いに沿って移動し、前記ロッド要素(3;30)が、該ロッド要素(3;30)のステム(31;310)の縦軸線(38;380)に沿って前記放出口(62;620)に対して動く、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の医薬送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記第2のねじ山構造(65;650)が前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記チャンバー本体(61;610)の外表面に配置される、請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の医薬送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記ロッド要素(3;30)に連結されているカウンター(63,63;340,630)であって、前記投薬部材(6;60)と前記ロッド要素(3;30)を互いに対して回転させることによって、前記ロッド要素(3;30)がその縦軸線(38;380)に沿って前記放出口(62;620)に対して動かされているときの前記ロッド要素(3;30)により形成される投薬容量を示すカウンターを備える、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載の医薬送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記投薬量設定アクティベーター(5;50)がダイヤルユニット(520)を備え、前記ダイヤルユニット(520)は、前記ダイヤルユニット(520)を回転させることで前記投薬部材(6;60)が回転するように、前記第2の連結構造(52;5250)が前記第1の連結構造(66;660)に取り付けられているときに前記投薬部材(6;60)にトルク耐性に接続される、請求項16から18のいずれか一項に記載の医薬送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記投薬量設定アクティベーター(5;50)が、所定の位置に容器(8;80)を保持するための容器座部(53;5230,5250,5320)を備える、請求項19に記載の医薬送達装置(1;10)。
- ケージ本体(20)、ばね要素(70)及び解放機構(90)を備え、前記解放機構が、前記ロッド要素(30)がその縦軸線(380)に沿って前記放出口(620)に対して動かされるときにばね要素を作動させ、投薬チャンバーが最小化され、その結果ケージ本体が放出口に対して動かされて放出口を覆う、請求項1から20のいずれか一項に記載の医薬送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記解放機構がロックアウト部材(90)を備え、前記ばね要素が前記ケージ本体と前記ロックアウト部材との間に配置される、請求項21に記載の医薬送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記医薬送達装置の前記投薬量設定状態において、前記ロックアウト部材及び前記ケージ本体が、前記ロッド要素(30)の前記第1のねじ山構造(3320,3330)と前記第2のねじ山構造(650)が互いに沿って移動するときに回転しないように構成されている、請求項22に記載の医薬送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記医薬送達装置の前記投薬量設定状態において、前記切替機構(40,330,510)が前記解放シェルを回転させると、前記医薬送達装置(1;10)が前記投薬量設定状態から前記送達状態に切り替えられ、前記解放機構は作動する準備が整う、請求項21から23のいずれか一項に記載の医薬送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記投薬部材(60)と前記解放機構(90)は、前記投薬部材(60)が前記縦軸線(380)に沿って回転するとはっきりとしたクリック音がするように相互作用する、請求項21から24のいずれか一項に記載の医薬送達装置(1;10)。
