Description

Claims (15)
- 縦軸線(38)を有するステム(31)と、第1のねじ山構造(35,36)と、近位端と、遠位端とを有するロッド要素(3)と、
第2のねじ山構造(411)を有するダイヤルシェル(4)と、
前記ロッド要素(3)のステム(31)の近位端に隣接して配置されている放出口(62)と
を備える医薬送達装置(1)であって、
前記医薬送達装置(1)の投薬量設定状態では、
前記ロッド要素(3)の前記第1のねじ山構造(35,36)と前記ダイヤルシェル(4)の前記第2のねじ山構造(411)は、係合し、
前記ダイヤルシェル(4)を前記ロッド要素(3)のステム(31)の周りで回転させることによって前記ロッド要素(3)の前記第1のねじ山構造(35,36)と前記ダイヤルシェル(4)の前記第2のねじ山構造(411)とが互いに沿って移動することで、前記ロッド要素(3)は、前記ステム(31)の縦軸線(38)に沿って放出口(62)に対して移動可能であり、前記ロッド要素(3)と前記放出口(62)との間に投薬チャンバー(611)が形成され、前記投薬チャンバー(611)は、前記ロッド要素(3)が前記放出口(62)から離れる際に大きくなる医薬送達装置(1)であり、
前記医薬送達装置(1)を投薬量設定状態から送達状態に変更するための切替機構(7,36)であって、係合解除構造(731,36)を備える切替機構(7,36)をさらに備えることによって特徴付けられ、
前記医薬送達装置(1)の投薬量設定状態では、
前記ロッド要素(3)に軸力を加えることによって、前記ロッド要素(3)を前記ステム(31)の前記縦軸線(38)に沿って動かすことが、前記ロッド要素(3)の前記第1のねじ山構造(35,36)と、前記ダイヤルシェル(4)の前記第2のねじ山構造(411)との間に係合することにより、防止され、また、
前記医薬送達装置(1)の送達状態では、
前記ロッド要素(3)は、軸力を前記ロッド要素(3)に加えることによって、前記ステム(31)の前記縦軸線(38)に沿って前記放出口(62)に対して移動可能であり、かつ、
前記ダイヤルシェル(4)を前記ロッド要素(3)の前記ステム(31)の周りで回転させることによって、前記ロッド要素(3)を前記ステム(31)の前記縦軸線(38)に沿って動かすことが、前記切替機構(7,36)の前記係合解除構造(731,36)が、前記医薬送達装置(1)を投薬量設定状態から送達状態に変更すると前記ロッド要素(3)の前記第1のねじ山構造(35,36)を前記ダイヤルシェル(4)の前記第2のねじ山構造(411)から係合を解除することにより、防止される、医薬送達装置(1)。 - 前記切替機構(7,36)の前記係合解除構造(731,36)が、前記ロッド要素(3)の前記第1のねじ山構造(35,36)に配置された突起(36)と、前記突起(36)が延在する案内溝(731)とを備え、前記医薬送達装置(1)を投薬量設定状態から送達状態に変更すると前記案内溝(731)が動かされ、前記突起(36)が前記案内溝(731)に沿って移動し、その結果前記ロッド要素(3)の前記第1のねじ山構造(35,36)が前記ダイヤルシェル(4)の前記第2のねじ山構造(411)を解除する、請求項1に記載の医薬送達装置(1)。
- 前記係合解除構造(731,36)の前記突起(36)が軸方向に延び、かつ、前記案内溝(731)が前記ロッド要素(3)の前記ステム(31)の前記縦軸線(38)に本質的に垂直な平面を走り、前記案内溝(731)が前記ロッド要素(3)の前記ステム(31)の前記縦軸線(38)の周りで回転するときに前記突起(36)が前記ロッド要素(3)の前記ステム(31)の前記縦軸線(38)の方へ動かされるように前記案内溝(731)が形づくられている、請求項2に記載の医薬送達装置(1)。
- 前記ロッド要素(3)の前記第1のねじ山構造(35,36)の、及び/又は前記ダイヤルシェル(4)の前記第2のねじ山構造(411)の前記ねじ山(411)には互いに一定の距離に位置する複数の隆起部が設けられており、その結果、前記ダイヤルシェル(4)を前記ロッド要素(3)の前記縦軸線(38)の周りで回転させるとき、前記ロッド要素(3)の前記第1のねじ山構造(35,36)と前記ダイヤルシェル(4)の前記第2のねじ山構造(411)が所定の回転角で複数の隆起部のうちの1つと相互作用する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の医薬送達装置(1)。
- 所定の回転角の周りで前記ダイヤルシェル(4)を回転させることによって前記投薬チャンバー(611)が所定量だけ変化するように隆起部が配置される、請求項4に記載の医薬送達装置(1)。
- 前記ロッド要素(3)が、前記ステム(31)の前記縦軸線(38)に沿って前記ステム(31)を貫通して延在する移送チャネル(37)を備える、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の医薬送達装置(1)。
- 前記ロッド要素(3)の前記ステム(31)の遠位端に接続された容器座部(8)を備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の医薬送達装置(1)。
- 前記移送チャネル(37)が先端(371)及び開口部(372)を備え、前記送達装置(1)の投薬量設定状態で前記先端(371)及び前記開口部(372)が、容器(9)が前記容器座部(8)に配置されているときに前記容器(9)内に延在するように前記容器座部(8)に突き出ている、請求項6を引用する請求項7に記載の医薬送達装置(1)。
- 前記医薬送達装置(1)を投薬量設定状態から送達状態に変更すると前記ロッド要素(3)の前記移送チャネル(37)が閉まる、請求項7または8に記載の医薬送達装置(1)。
- 前記医薬送達装置(1)を投薬量設定状態から送達状態に変更すると前記容器座部(8)が前記移送チャネル(37)に対して軸方向に動かされ、その結果前記移送チャネル(37)の前記開口部(372)が密封される、請求項8を引用する請求項9に記載の医薬送達装置(1)。
- 前記移送チャネル(37)が、流体を有する容器(9)が前記容器座部(8)に配置され、かつ、前記ダイヤルシェル(4)を前記ロッド要素(3)の前記ステム(31)の周りで第1の回転方向に回転させることによって前記ロッド要素(3)が前記縦軸線(38)に沿って前記放出口(62)に対して動かされているときに流体が前記容器(9)から前記投薬チャンバー(611)に移されるように、前記容器座部(8)を前記投薬チャンバー(611)と接続する、請求項6を引用する請求項7から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の医薬送達装置(1)。
- 前記ダイヤルシェル(4)と前記移送チャネル(37)が、前記容器(9)が前記容器座部(8)に配置され、かつ、前記ダイヤルシェル(4)を前記ロッド要素(3)の前記ステム(31)の周りで第1の回転方向と反対の第2の回転方向に回転させることによって前記ロッド要素(3)が前記ステム(31)の前記縦軸線(38)に沿って前記放出口(62)に対して動かされているときに流体が前記投薬チャンバー(611)から前記容器(9)に移されるように配置される、請求項11に記載の医薬送達装置(1)。
- 前記ロッド要素(3)に連結されたカウンター(213,53)であって、前記ロッド要素(3)の前記ステム(31)の周りで前記ダイヤルシェル(4)を回転させることにより前記ステム(31)の前記縦軸線(38)に沿って前記放出口(62)に対して動かされているときの前記ロッド要素(3)によって形成される前記投薬チャンバー(611)の容量を示すような前記カウンター(213,53)を備える、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の医薬送達装置(1)。
- 前記医薬送達装置(1)を投薬量設定状態から送達状態に変更すると前記カウンター(213,53)が前記ロッド要素(3)から切り離される、請求項13に記載の医薬送達装置(1)。
- 前記ロッド要素(3)の前記第1のねじ山構造(35,36)が、前記ステム(31)から突出する少なくとも1つのオス型部材(35)を有するオス型ねじ山構造であり、前記ダイヤルシェル(4)の前記第2のねじ山構造(411)が、少なくとも1つの前記オス型部材(35)を受け入れるためのねじ山(411)を含む、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の医薬送達装置(1)。
