Description
Claims (25)
- 医療用送達装置であって、
長手軸(38;380)、遠位端及び近位端を有するステム部(31;310)を有するロッド要素(3;30)、並びに
送達オリフィス(62;620)と、遠位端、近位端及び中空内部空間を有するチャンバ本体(61;610)とを含む投薬部材(6;60)であって、前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記ステム部(31;310)が前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記チャンバ本体(61;610)の前記内部空間の中に延び、前記送達オリフィス(62;620)が前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記ステム部(31;310)の前記近位端に隣接して配置される、投薬部材(6;60)
を備え、前記医療用送達装置の投薬量設定状態において、
前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記ステム部(31;310)と前記送達オリフィス(62;620)の間において前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記チャンバ本体(61;610)の内部空間に投薬チャンバ(611;6110)が形成され、前記ロッド要素(3;30)が前記送達オリフィス(62;620)から遠ざかるとき前記投薬チャンバ(611;6110)が増大するように、前記ロッド要素(3;30)がその長手軸(38;380)に沿って前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記送達オリフィス(62;620)に対し可動である、医療用送達装置(1;10)であって、
前記医療用送達装置(1;10)をロック状態から前記投薬量設定状態へと変化させるためのロック機構(530;2410)
を更に備え、前記医療用送達装置の前記ロック状態において、
前記ロッド要素(3;30)をその長手軸(38;380)に沿って前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記送達オリフィス(62;620)に対して移動させることが防止されることを特徴とする、医療用送達装置(1;10)。 - 前記ロッド要素(3;30)が第1のねじ山配列(34、35;3320、3330)を有し、
前記医療用送達装置(1;10)の前記投薬量設定状態において、前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記第1のねじ山配列(34、35;3320、3330)と第2のねじ山配列(65;650)とが互いに沿って移動することにより、前記ロッド要素(3;30)がその長手軸(38;380)に沿って前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記送達オリフィス(62;620)に対して可動であり、
前記医療用送達装置(1;10)の前記ロック状態において、前記ロッド要素(3;30)がその長手軸(38;380)に沿って前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記送達オリフィス(62;620)に対して動かないように、前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記第1のねじ山配列(34、35;3320、3330)と前記第2のねじ山配列(65;650)とを互いに沿って移動させることが防止される、
請求項1に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。 - 前記投薬部材(6;60)が第2のねじ山配列(65;650)を含み、
前記医療用送達装置(1;10)の前記投薬量設定状態において、
前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記第1のねじ山配列(34、35;3320、3330)が、前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記第2のねじ山配列(65;650)に係合し、
前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記第1のねじ山配列(34、35;3320、3330)と前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記第2のねじ山配列(65;650)が互いに沿って移動し、前記ロッド要素(3;30)がそのステム部(31;310)の前記長手軸(38;380)に沿って前記送達オリフィス(62;620)に対して移動するように、前記投薬部材(6;60)が前記ロッド要素(3;30)に対して回転可能である、
請求項2に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。 - 投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)を備え、前記投薬部材(6;60)が第1の連結構造を有し、前記投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)が前記第1の連結構造(66;660)に対応する第2の連結構造(52;5250)を有し、前記第1の連結構造(66;660)が前記第2の連結構造(52;5250)に装着されるとき、前記投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)が前記投薬部材(6;60)に対してトルク抵抗性に接続される、請求項3に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)が、前記第2の連結構造(52;5250)が前記第1の連結構造(66;660)に装着されるときに前記投薬部材(6;60)にトルク抵抗性に接続されるダイヤルユニット(520)を含み、前記ダイヤルユニット(520)を回転させると前記投薬部材(6;60)が回転し、前記ロック状態では、前記ロック機構(530;2410)が前記ダイヤルユニット(520)の回転をブロックする、請求項4に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)が、容器(8;80)を所定の位置に保持するための容器座部(53;5230、5250、5320)を含み、前記容器(8;80)が前記容器座部(53;5230、5250、5320)によって前記所定の位置に保持されるとき前記医療用送達装置(1;10)が前記投薬量設定状態となり、前記容器座部(53;5230、5250、5320)が前記容器(8;80)を保持していないとき前記医療用送達装置(1;10)が前記ロック状態となるように、前記ロック機構(530;2410)が構成される、請求項4又は5に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。
- 容器(8;80)が前記投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)の前記容器座部(53;5230、5250、5320)に配置されるときに前記容器(8;80)の内部空間と前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記投薬チャンバ(611;6110)との間に開いた管路が形成されるように、前記送達オリフィス(62;620)が前記投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)の前記容器座部(53;5230、5250、5320)を前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記投薬チャンバ(611;6110)に接続する、請求項6に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)の前記容器座部(53;5230、5250、5320)が、前記容器(8;80)が前記投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)の前記容器座部(53;5230、5250、5320)に配置されるときに容器(8;80)のキャップを穿通するスパイク(532;5260)を含む、請求項6又は7に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)が、前記投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)の前記第2の連結構造(52;5250)が前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記第1の連結構造(66;660)に装着されるときに前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記送達オリフィス(62;620)を密封するオリフィス密封機構(54;540)を含む、請求項4から8のいずれか一項に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記容器(8;80)が前記投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)の前記容器座部(53;5230、5250、5320)に配置され、前記ロッド要素(3;30)と前記投薬部材(6;60)が互いに対して第1の方向に回転するとき、流体が前記容器(8;80)から前記送達オリフィス(62;620)を通して前記投薬チャンバ(611;6110)へ移送される、請求項6から9のいずれか一項に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記容器(8;80)が前記投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)の前記容器座部(53;5230、5250、5320)に配置され、前記ロッド要素(3;30)と前記投薬部材(6;60)が互いに対して第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向に回転するとき、前記流体が前記投薬チャンバ(611;6110)から前記送達オリフィス(62;620)を通して前記容器(8;80)へと移送される、請求項10に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記容器(8;80)を前記容器座部(53;5230、5250、5320)に配置すると前記医療用送達装置(1;10)が前記ロック状態から前記投薬量設定状態に移行するように、前記投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)は、前記容器(8;80)が前記投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)の前記容器座部(53;5230、5250、5320)に配置されると前記容器(8;80)によって作動される前記ロック機構(530;2410)の解放部材(530)を備える、請求項6から11のいずれか一項に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記解放部材(530)が、前記投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)に対してトルク抵抗性に接続され、前記ロック状態において前記医療用送達装置の対応する表面(2410)に係合するブロック表面を含む、請求項12に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記容器(8;80)を前記容器座部(53;5230、5250、5320)の中に配置すると前記解放部材(530)が軸方向に移動するように構成される、請求項12又は13に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記容器(8;80)を前記容器座部(53;5230、5250、5320)の中に配置する間に軸方向に移動されると、前記解放部材(530)のブロック表面が、前記医療用送達装置(1;10)の前記対応する表面(2410)と係合解除する、請求項13を引用する請求項14に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)の前記解放部材(530)が、前記医療用送達装置(1;10)が前記ロック状態にあるときに隠れ、前記医療用送達装置(1;10)が前記投薬量設定状態にあるときに見えるインジケータ(5330)を備える、請求項14又は15に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記医療用送達装置(1;10)を前記投薬量設定状態から送達状態へ変化させるための切り替え機構(4、34、35;40、330、510)を備え、
前記医療用送達装置(1;10)の前記投薬量設定状態において,
前記ロッド要素(3;30)に軸方向の力を加えることにより前記ロッド要素(3;30)をその長手軸(38;380)に沿って移動させることが防止され、且つ
前記医療用送達装置(1;10)の前記送達状態において、
前記ロッド要素(3;30)に軸方向の力を加えることにより前記ロッド要素(3;30)がその長手軸(38;380)に沿って前記送達オリフィス(62;620)に対して可動であり、
前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記第1のねじ山配列(34、35;3320、3330)と前記第2のねじ山配列(65;650)とが互いに沿って移動することにより前記ロッド要素(3;30)をその長手軸(38;380)に沿って移動させることが防止される、
請求項2から16のいずれか一項に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。 - 前記切り替え機構(4、34、35;40、330、510)が、前記医療用送達装置(1;10)が前記投薬量設定状態から前記送達状態へ切り替わるときに前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記ステム部(31;310)の前記第1のねじ山配列(34、35;3320、3330)を前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記第2のねじ山配列(65;650)から係合解除する係合解除構造(34、411;3320、3340、4120)を含む、請求項17に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記切り替え機構(4、34、35;40、330、510)の前記係合解除構造(34、411;3320、3340、4120)が、傾斜面(4120)によって画定されるリセス(4110)を有する解放シェル(41;410)を含み、
前記ステム部(31;310)の前記第1のねじ山配列(34、35;3320、3330)が、前記解放シェル(41;410)の前記リセス(4110)内に位置決めされるハンプ(3340)を有し、
前記解放シェル(41;410)の前記傾斜面(4120)が前記第1のねじ山配列(34、35;3320、3330)の前記ハンプ(3340)に作用することにより前記第1のねじ山配列(34、35;3320、3330)を前記第2のねじ山配列(65;650)から係合解除するように、前記切り替え機構(4、34、35;40、330、510)が、前記医療用送達装置(1;10)を前記投薬量設定状態から前記送達状態へ切り替えるときに前記解放シェル(41;410)を回転させるように構成されている、
請求項18に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。 - 前記投薬部材(6;60)と前記ロッド要素(3;30)を互いに対して回転させることにより前記ロッド要素(3;30)がその長手軸(38;380)に沿って前記送達オリフィス(62;620)に対して移動されるときに前記ロッド要素によって形成される投薬容積を示すように、前記ロッド要素(3;30)に連結されるカウンタ(63、63;340、630)を備える、請求項2から19のいずれか一項に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。
- ケージ本体(20)、ばね要素(70)及び解放機構(90)を備え、前記ケージ本体(20)が前記送達オリフィス(620)に対して移動することにより前記送達オリフィス(620)を覆うように、前記ロッド要素(30)がその長手軸(380)に沿って前記送達オリフィス(620)に対して移動されると前記解放機構(90)が前記ばね要素(70)を作動させ、前記投薬チャンバ(620)が最小化する、請求項17から20のいずれか一項に記載の医療用送達装置(10)。
- 前記解放機構がロックアウト部材(90)を含み、前記ばね要素(70)が前記ケージ本体(20)と前記ロックアウト部材(90)の間に配置される、請求項21に記載の医療用送達装置(10)。
- 前記医療用送達装置の前記投薬量設定状態において、前記ロックアウト部材及び前記ケージ本体が、前記ロッド要素(30)の前記第1のねじ山配列(3320、3330)と前記第2のねじ山配列(650)とが互いに沿って移動するとき回転しないように構成されている、請求項22に記載の医療用送達装置(10)。
- 前記医療用送達装置(10)の前記投薬量設定状態において、前記切り替え機構(40、330、510)が前記解放シェルを回転させると、前記医療用送達装置(10)が前記投薬量設定状態から前記送達状態へと切り替わり、前記解放機構が作動される準備が整う、請求項21から23のいずれか一項に記載の医療用送達装置(10)のうち請求項19を引用する医療用送達装置(10)。
- 前記投薬部材(60)が前記長手軸(380)に沿って回転するときに認識可能なクリック音が生成されるように、前記投薬部材(60)と前記解放機構(90)が相互作用する、請求項21から24のいずれか一項に記載の医療用送達装置(10)。
