Description
薬剤を人の体内に注入しようとするときは、投与量が多すぎたり少な過ぎたりすると望ましくない結果を生じることがあり得るため、注入すべき投与量を高精度で設定することが不可欠である。しかし、視覚障害のある人又は器用さの不足する人にとっては所望の投与量を設定することが困難である。したがって、投与量設定の過程においてこのような人を助ける事前設定機構を有する注入デバイスを提供することが望ましい。
したがって本発明の目的は、従来の技術による事前設定機構よりも正確に設定することが可能な事前設定機構を有する投与量設定機構を提供することである。
この投与量設定機構が、
− 所望の投与量を設定するようにユーザによって回転自在に動作することが可能な投与量設定部材と、
− 上記投与量設定部材によって設定することが可能な最大投与量、を制限するように動作することが可能な事前設定部材と、
− 第1の停止部材であって、上記事前設定部材が動作するときにこの第1の停止部材の位置が変化しこれによりこの第1の停止部材の位置が、事前設定された設定可能最大投与量を示すように、上記事前設定部材に適切に接続された、第1の停止部材と、
− 上記第1の停止部材と係合するように適応化された第2の停止部材であって、この係合が、上記第1の停止部材とこの第2の停止部材とが係合するときに上記投与量設定部材が更なる投与量を設定するように動作できないような仕方で行われる、第2の停止部材と、
から成り、
上記第1及び/又は上記第2の停止部材が、投与量の設定の間に上記投与量設定部材と連動することが可能であり、この運動が、上記第1の停止部材及び上記第2の停止部材をして相互に相対的に回転運動を行わせ、この相対的な回転運動が、上記設定可能な最大投与量が設定されたときに上記第1の停止部材及び上記第2の停止部材をして係合させこれにより投与量の更なる設定を防止する注入デバイスのための投与量設定機構を提供することによって達成される。
図1は、本発明の一態様に基づく投与量設定機構を有する注入デバイス1の斜視図である。投与量設定機構は投与量設定部材2によって動作する。投与量が設定されるとき、投与量設定部材2が回転しこれによりスケールドラム3(目盛筒)を同様に回転させる。またこの回転運動により、投与量設定部材2及びスケールドラム3の、外方に向けた軸方向の動きが生じる。スケールドラム3は、注入デバイス1のハウジング5内の窓部4を通して視覚できる。これでユーザが、スケールドラム3上に書かれた数字によって設定投与量を読むことが可能である。注入デバイス1は更に、注入デバイス1によって注入すべき流体、を包含するカートリッジを収容するように適応化された区画6を備える。投与量設定部材2の反対側に位置する端部7においては、注入針を取り付けることが可能である。最後に、投与量設定機構は、所望の最大投与量を事前設定するための回転可能な事前設定部材8からなる。
Claims (6)
- 注入デバイスのための投与量設定機構であって、
該投与量設定機構が、
− 投与量設定部材であって、反復的に所望の投与量を設定するためにユーザによって回転自在に動作することが可能であることにより、投与量設定部材は並進運動を行い、この結果として投与量設定部材の動きは螺旋状の運動となる投与量設定部材と、
− 投与量の設定の間に、該投与量設定部材と共に回転運動することが可能な第1の停止部材及び第2の停止部材と、
− 最大投与量を設定するために、回転することが可能な事前設定部材と、
から成り、
前記第1の停止部材が、回転することが可能な事前設定部材に動作可能に接続され、
設定可能最大投与量が設定されたときに、前記第2の停止部材が前記第1の停止部材と係合するように適応化され、これにより投与量の更なる設定を防止し、
該第1の停止部材と該第2の停止部材とが係合するまで該第1の停止部材と該第2の停止部材との角距離が減少するように、該投与量設定部材の回転運動が前記第1の停止部材及び前記第2の停止部材をして相互に相対的に回転運動を行わせることを特徴とする注入デバイスのための投与量設定機構。 - 該第1又は該第2の停止部材が、投与量の設定の間に該投与量設定部材と共に回転する、請求項1の投与量設定機構。
- 該第1の停止部材が、投与量の設定の間に該投与量設定部材と共に回転運動することが可能であり、該第2の停止部材が、少なくとも該注入デバイスのハウジングに対してほぼ固定される、請求項1又は2の投与量設定機構。
- 該第1の停止部材及び該第2の停止部材が各々少なくとも1つの停止表面から成り、該第1及び該第2の停止部材の該停止表面が、設定可能最大投与量が設定されたときに相互に当接しこれにより該第1及び該第2の停止部材の間の更なる相対的回転運動を防止する、請求項1から3までのうちのいずれかの投与量設定機構。
- 該第1の停止部材及び該第2の停止部材が各々、複数の歯から成り、個々の停止部材上の歯数が、投与量設定部材が1回転まで回転したときに設定されるユニット投与量の数に対応する、請求項4の投与量設定機構。
- 請求項1から5までのうちのいずれかの投与量設定機構を備える注入デバイス。
